   It was our first time at Morton’s. The food overall was disappointing, particularly the steak. Although cooked to order it lacked flavor and there was no crust on the steak. I had a salad and it was mushy and very soggy. The potatoes au gratin were the high light of the meal as was the key lime pie.

   What an amazing night for my birthday!  First off Cathy Lee made it so much fun!! Great energy and she  had glitter confetti that said happy birthday! I loved it! Then  the fun cocktails and food came, all of it was so good! Steak cooked a perfect perfection! Only issue was we chose Morton's also due to great deal we saw online of $55 for Restaurant Week, but the menu they had was $85. Everything was so good we did not mind and Cathy Lee made my night feel special.

   Our server, Jeffrey, was awesome. The food was delicious, and they gave us our dessert for free because it was my boyfriend’s birthday. Highly recommend their cheesecake. My boyfriend said the shrimp ravioli were amazing too.

   We have been to Morton's in San Antonio, as well as other cities many times and have had excellent experiences. This was not the case last night. First of all, they didn't have the loaves of bread that they have served in the past, so they served rolls that had seen better days.. We questioned the waiter to see if we could get the rolls and was told they ran out earlier in the evening. (We had a 7 PM reservation) Next, my wife ordered the chopped salad and was brought the wedge. She told the waiter that she didn't think this was the chopped salad and was told this is the way we make the chopped salad now. Then dinner came out. The steaks were delicious, but the au gratin potatoes were uncooked and crunchy. Furthermore, the creamed Spanish had an odd taste, so only 1 of the 5 people at my table enjoyed this side. When the manager came by the table, I complained about the potatoes and getting the wrong salad. She handled the situation nicely and discussed it with the waiter. The waiter then came back and said it misunderstood since the wedge is also considered a chopped salad. It's comments just irritated me more. After that the waiter ghosted us and wasn't to be seen again until finally we received the check.. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in what I anticipated would be a wonderful evening.

   Kathy Lee our server was amazing! She accommodated everything we asked for. The chef was outstanding. Steaks were perfectly cooked how everyone liked them. We have no complaints

   The steaks are always perfect but the service is the star. I made a special request and the manager Jeanette made it happen. My daughter and I were treated like special guests and confetti was even put on our table. We will be back for sure. Thank you Mortons San Antonio

   The service and food at Morton's was outstanding! We had a reservation and asked the occasion. I put "date night," and they put little hearts on the table. It was a nice touch. We had an amazing, very responsive waitress and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The best part? The lava cake dessert!

   Easter dinner with my youngest son. Food & service (as previously noted - excellent)! However, I made a reservation but hostess verbalized an ability to show any flexibility in seating as ZERO. Additionally, Morton’s “dress code,” obviously NOT adhered to… I have previously been to Morton’s Richmond, VA. Overall, a more pleasurable experience. Thank you, Chris Pronk
