Outstanding experience thanks to the incredible service of Luke & Ian. The food was just as amazing as the service. We were overly impressed with the serious attention which was given to our “Special Request” when making the reservation. The visit could not have been better. Great job to everyone at Morton’s in San Antonio.
Everything was great, very professional staff they made us feel at home
We had a better experience there October 8, 2018. This past weekend, not so much. My steak was tough and the baked potato was old, chewy, and had a bad after taste. Our server was very nice and attentive. We did not complain about the food to her. She was helpful in finding our membership which we purchased last time we were there in October. I never went online to finish the process. I still haven’t gone online to add the points for the last meal we had. It would be nice if Morton’s could make that process easier for customers.

Good food and service
Absolutely love dining at Morton's. The lump crab appetizer, filet mignon, martinis, molten lava cake. Simply the best food experience.
The staff was friendly and the service was amazing. Loved the bread with whipped butter and entree food was amazing as well.

Making an online reservation was easy, location in San Antonio riverwalk was perfect! We were greeted the moment we walked in and felt welcomed by all. Steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The wine we drank was a good choice. Would recommend this restaurant and location!! Only draw back was that we wished we would have saved room for dessert.
Great food and service alittle over priced but good. It was my first time having the only table in the restaurant, no else showed up.. my g/f loved it
Steaks were not cooked to order, were tough and were under-size. We were regretful for our restaurant selection.
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Morton's tonight & everything was good. We arrived for a 7pm reservation and we were seated upon our arrival. The ambiance was inviting & cool. Eloy waited on us and did a nice job of going through the menu, new items & the drink menu. We skipped appetizers & headed straight for a cocktail. I had the Negroni and my husband, an Old Fashion, both delicious. I ordered the Rack of lamb, rare to slightly medium, more rare and they came out perfect! Husband had a ribeye medium rare & loved it. Maitre d also came by to make sure we were satisfied, which was nice. They took our picture and returned it in a commemorative frame along with a raspberry souffle & the menu (date stamped, nice touch). We had a lovely time and will return again.
We had the best time on Saturday, May 18th. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice time, good food, and were comfortable. The manager stopped by several times to ensure that the service was great. The filet was a great cut of meat and the truffle butter was a fantastic addition. We will definitely be back and will recommend that our friends & family try it out as well. Thank you!
We were sat down rather quickly. The wait staff seemed pretty busy but the restaurant wasn’t that busy when we arrived at 6:30. My wife and I both ordered the same mixed grill, steak, shrimp and scallops. The meal didn’t take long to come out. But, the steak was warm at best. Baked potato was a little bit warmer. Could tell not hot when the butter didn’t soon melt on the steak or potato. But the asparagus and juice under the steak was cold. Like never been heated. Scallops were hot but shrimp was cold and over cooked. Managers both stopped by to ask if food was ok, and we both looked at each other and said yes. We felt rushed so we both said , yes, food was ok. We thought they would then over cook the steak to heat up the food in a microwave. We still enjoyed our dinner this way as it was my birthday. My wife said she put it was my birthday when she made reservation, but as in prior special occasions here, no one acknowledged the special occasion. This was the first time of many that was sub par in food. We ordered dessert early, the soufflé as we know it would take a long time and my wife thought the waiter would bring up the free dessert I was to get for my birthday or happy birthday, but nothing. So she was disappointed this was not acknowledged. We of course will be back for another special occasion or more, but next time we will speak up immediately of our displeasure with our food or service regardless , because the food and service at Morton’s we hold up to a higher standard. We went to Morton’s to celebrate a birthday. They had a special table for us. We enjoyed our shrimp cocktail, prosciutto wrapped cheese appetizers, as well as our delicious entrees of salmon, red snapper and mixed seafood grill. They made us a Grand Marnier soufflé! It was beautiful! Our server, Alex, was attentive and professional. She took our picture and printed a beautiful hard copy of it at the end of the meal. It was a wonderful evening! Thank you!

Celebrated my 50th bday dinner and was treated like royalty

Das Lokal war an dem Abend überwiegend leer. Trotzdem mussten wir am Anfang 15 Minuten warten, um erst nach einer Beschwerde beim Manager bedient zu werden. Vorspeisen kamen ohne Brot, auf das mussten wir auf erneutes Nachfragen weitere 15 Minuten warten. Drinks kamen auch erst nach Beschwerde. Dann aber wurde mit drei Servicekräften alles auf einmal auf den Tisch gestellt. Cocktails und Wein , Vorspeisen und Hauptspeisen, jetzt mit Brot. Nicht mehr mit Genuss zu bewältigen.
Dieses Chaos setzte sich bis zum Bezahlen der Rechnung, weit im oberen Segment angesiedelt, fort.
Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passen hier überhaupt nicht zusammen.
Da hilft auch nicht, dass die Küche vorzüglich war und uns ein Rabatt auf die Rechnung eingeräumt wurde.
Hinzu kommt, dass wir einen ruhigen Tisch bestellt hatten, der Lärmpegel im Restaurant, wohlgemerkt nicht sonderlich gut besucht, aber unerträglich laut war.
Wer in Ruhe sein Abendessen genießen will, ist in anderen Lokalen der Stadt, deutlich besser dran.

steak, go to a all you can eat buffet...but this a class ..5 star Ritz

Our host was very welcoming and our waiter was as well. Our waiter was very attentive but not intrusive and we were very impressed with his level of service. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and were tender and juicy-just delicious! For our sides we ordered the mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus. We loved our dinners and the quality service and highly recommend Morton's San Antonio!

The service could not have been worse. Our waiter had two tables. It was towards the end of the night. We saw him twice the first 45 minutes.

Our server that day didn't bother encountering with us me and wife waited about 8 minutes just to get ice tea refills. The steaks were good but our lyonaise potatoes were not what he described I can easily tell they were not cut up bake potatoes just simply fried potatoes with sauteed onions with bacon fat. Being a high end steakhouse you automatically get bread service. Well I had to ask for my bread. I'm sorry but ive gotten better service at texas roadhouse. I use to be sous chef at perrys so i know what to expect in service and food quality from a steakhouse and im sorry but the service was poorly executed i hardly saw any managers on the dining room totally not worth it if the service is poor coming from a culinary background I can understand that holidays can be rough and tiring but at the end of the day we choose to be in those positions
Service was slow. We have had better service at the Morton’s in Honolulu. There were no Birthday decorations on the table.
Our food was very good. Our service was prompt, friendly, and very attentive even on valentines day when the restaurant was obviously very busy.
