Great food and awesome service.
We got together with friends at Morton’s and they loved it! The steaks are cooked to perfection and the lobster tail was so succulent! From the minute you walk in you are warmly greeted by the host. Our waiter took such good care of us throughout the meal. The manager Ryan came by several times during our meal to make sure all was well. We finished with liquor 41 which Ryan instructed us on how to experience the flavors in this liquor. We will definitely be back soon. The dinner room is warmly decorated and makes for a quiet dining experience.
Had a great time. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was just as good. I will say the one that aggravated me was that we ordered a colossal crab meat cocktail for 20 dollars and it was full of lettuce. Hardly Any crab meat. We brought up to the waitress and she laughed it off.
One of the worst steak's that I have ever had. Burnt on the outside and raw on the inside.
Food is great. Decor needs an update.
Wonderful service, wonderful food. I am definitely going back! Thank you!
We feel like family there and the manager always says we’re ‘home’😊
The food was excellent, shrimp Alexander was great, as was the Chicken Bianco, Patrick was nice, friendly and accommodating as usual.
Salad was too salty
Bread and butter was served very late after soup and salad
Chicken Bianca had an unusual taste I could not appreciate
Took too long to serve dessert
We had a hard time approaching our designated waitress
Consistently great food and service. Little loud with a large party next to us.
We love coming to Morton’s for special ovations. We love the food, the drinks, and the friendly staff! Thank you making out night super special. Anna was amazing and Patrick is also so pleasant.
Tough lobster tail. Over cooked. Overpriced cocktails. Not a good night. Should stick to ordering steaks in the future.
The best salmon I have ever had in my life!
We had a lovely dinner as always. Service at Morton’s is excellent. We ordered a bottle of Pappion red wine that was so good and on special for $99.00. The manager Ryan suggested it and it was a great choice. Started with a crisp Caesar salad. We had the steak and lobster. So delectable! We also had the sprouts and mushrooms with spinach. For dessert we had our favorites key lime pie and chocolate lava cake with ice cream. After dessert we had liquor 43 Morton’s special after dinner drink. Ask a manager how to experience this beverage in order to truly taste the flavors! Restaurant week in Rosemont is going on until Sunday. Great way to experience Morton’s at a great price!
Excellent venue. Service was great!
Always a great time at Morton’s. Patrick is an excellent host! He makes you anticipate an amazing experience. Food is constantly fresh & delicious. Cocktails & service is spot on. Highly recommend Morton’s
Excellent service, perfectly prepared steak!!
Nice wine list!
It's always a great experience at Morton steakhouse! Customer service was excellent great food nice server overall was amazing thank you again for the hospitality
The twin lobster tails were very fresh and cooked to prefection. The crab cakes are always delicious. The creamy sweet corn were veryy creamy and sweet. The corn is very tender. Our server recommended the mashed cauliflower with truffle. The mashed cauliflower was a little grainy for me otherwise it tasted good. The chocolate lava cake is alway the best. Our server was very friendly and attentive.
Patrick the manager, is one of the best in the business. He understands his customer and appreciates the value that they bring him.
I really enjoy Morton's but this is one of the best.
Great food and EXCELLENT SERVICE
Great food! Great service! They consistently go the extra mile to ensure you have the best dining experience.
We started our meal with a bottle of Pats and Hall Pinot Nor. They have a special going on for $64.00. My husband had a Caesar salad while I went with the shrimp cocktail. They were a very nice size. We each had the 10 oz filet with a lobster tail. Both cooked to perfection. For side dishes I got my favorite Brussels sprouts while my husband opted for the mushrooms and spinach. He ordered a double espresso while Zi had a cappuccino to go with dessert. I had the Signature hot chocolate cake with ice cream while he had the bread pudding. We ended the meal with a B&B and a Liquor 43. Our server Sean was great. He highly recommends joining the Landry’s Select Club to earn points while dining. The manager Patrick and the Captain Michael came by and we had a lovely conversation with both. Patrick recommended the wine as we loved the Stags Leap Artemis we had on a prior visit. This one is a Cab which is our preference. Morton’s in Rosemont is a quiet and cozy spot which makes it perfect for a date or gathering with friends!
The Rosemont location does not take pride in its food quality. Its not like any Morton's location I have visited.
Steaks were absolutely fantastic
Soup was a little buttery - Lobster bisque
Au gratin potatoes were excellent
Lobster Mac had no flavor , lobster in Mac and cheese , way to rich
When I travel to this area, I always try to schedule my dinner meetings at this Morton's. The upstairs bar staff and hostess are always wonderful and take care of my group before dinner.
The wait staff is always professional and very helpful, making for a consistent and pleasant dining experience.
I celebrated my 55th birthday with family, and everything was outstanding as always. Our server was friendly and humorous. The manger was kind enough to take a birthday photo of the group and had copies for all of us before the night was over. I enjoy dining at Morton’s, I love their steaks and the staff is always friendly and attentive.
Great meal at Morton’s as always!!! Love the mixed grill combos!
The salads were not very good. My husband ordered a rare/med-rare NY strip and it came well done. My filet was cool/room temperature, not even warm, and I ordered it medium-well - it seemed to have sat a while. Another diner at our table ordered lobster; it was very tough and chewy. Service was exceptionally slow. The side dishes were at least good. Next time we will go to Gibson's or Ruth's Chris though.
Valentine’s Day. Seated in ‘overflow’ room with all the ambience of a banquet hall. My wife’s steak was prepared the way I ordered mine and mine the way she ordered hers. Awful service. Had to ask for dessert. The bread was good and we enjoyed the bottle of wine we ordered. Made reservations here based on good past experience and assumption that a restaurant of this quality would get Valentine’s Day right, which is a challenge for many. Was wrong, but will not the mistake again.
Per usual great job guys
It was a great time. They made our anniversary dinner so special. They took a picture of us and they took a picture and gave it to us as a gift! Our waitress was amazing I wish I can remember her name, but she had a accent. Super nice and attentive. That’s great service and more. Thank you Morton’s! Definitely a night to remember :)
Didn’t like the drawn butter with crab. Didn’t eat it was horrible was mad
Good atmosphere food was satisfactory. Staff was great!
We absolutely loved the atmosphere, very comfortable, yet elegant setting. The quality of food AND service far exceeded expectations from start to finish. I would HIGHLY recommend this location.
My overall experience at Morton's was great. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. I will definitely go again and recommend to family and friends
This was my first time going to Morton’s !! The waitress was the BEST!!! He made my first experience a night to remember!
Have not been to Morton’s for a few years and I don’t know why I ever stopped. The food was excellent. Iof course ordered too much but subconsciously I think we did that for leftovers the next day.
The overall experience was good, and the food was very good. The lighting was so dark, we had to ask to be moved to a different table since we couldn't even read the menus. The tables were so packed in that the wait staff had a hard time maneuvering between them and you could definitely hear the conversations at every table around you. When you spend this kind of money on a dinner, you would expect a little more intimacy. It doesn't help that the restaurant is in the basement, so there is no outside lighting anyway. It was a good meal, but disappointed in the overall ambiance and seating.
