The food was excellent the service was great
First time dining at Morton’s and the food was just ok - nothing spectacular. The ambiance was very commercialized given you are just outside of the KOP mall. Definitely recommend dining in center city if you want a nice meal. For the price of the food at Morton’s there are much better choices in Philly.

Service could have been better
One of the best meals and experiences I have ever had. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely courteous. I have celiac disease and can not eat gluten so they went out of their way to make sure that my food was prepared correctly and I would know what I could eat. I highly recommend treating yourself to a night out and going to Morton’s, especially if you have an allergy.
As always the service and food are outstanding! Not everything was perfect, but the manager, Jason, went above and beyond to make things right. I initially declined accepting anything, but he was insistent. Thank you to you and your staff for a very enjoyable meal and experience!
We went to Morton's for Restaurant Week. The place is dark and noisy. The tables are very close together. The Morton salad I had to start my meal was terrible. It was watery lettuce. The dressing was supposed to be blue cheese but I didn't taste any blue cheese at all. My entree was Chicken Christopher. It was good and the best part was the sauce. I had one of the two pieces of chicken leftover and the packaged it for me to bring home. But they didn't include any of the sauce that was left on the plate so all I got was a boring fried cutlet. I had the creamed spinach as a side dish. It was so bland. I never add salt to my food but I had to put a lot of salt on it just so there was some taste. The key lime pie was good. Overall it was an expensive, very disappointing meal.
Visited with a friend for restaurant week... we both ordered the filets, neither of which were properly cooked... Manager noticed I pushed mine aside and offered to fix. Came back extremely over done and inedible. Honestly should have asked to have it removed from check, and disappointed it wasn’t offered.
Food was good as always. Now that the Philadelphia Palm has. Loses, Morton’s King of Prussia is our “go to” place for steak.
My wife and I went to Morton's for dinner during restaurant week. She ordered the filet mignon and I ordered the honey balsamic salmon. Both of our entrees were delicious and I was pleased with the variety of selections for the limited restaurant week menu. We also each got one appetizer and a dessert along with a side item so we felt we got plenty of food for the fixed $40.00 price. Neither of us could finish our meals so we ended taking home some leftovers for dinner the next day. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and would definitely go back to Morton's again.

Such a fantastic experience. We were disappointed when the Center City Philadelphia Morton's location closed but we tried this one for the first time and loved it. It has been an annual tradition of celebrating my birthday at Morton's and this year was fantastic as usual. Our server Mary was just a dream and the manager Jason was a delight. We are already planning the next date night!
Just ehhhh. Best part was the bread, not the $62 steak. Lobster bisque was one of the worst I've ever had. Perhaps the focus on the wine dinner that was held same evening took away from the food my group was being served. My medium temperature steak showed no signed of pink. In fairness, the other individuals I dined with seemed to enjoy a better cut of meat.
Andrew was our waiter for the 3rd time and did a great job. Unfortunately someone decided that it would be a good idea to shove a table of 5 next to our booth which cause every single customer and employee to rub up against our table and literally hit it with their body, and in one case someone's stomach knocked over our salt and pepper and dragged the table cloth. I believe our waiter spoke to the manager but nothing was done -- such as just seating the other customers the other way so they wouldn't bump up against us. This is my 4th time there in 2 1/2 years and we love it but quite honestly I am extremely disappointed with my last encounter.
Only real issue we had was a mix up in one of our sides, took awhile to get out and kind of late to eat at that point. It was taken off the bill which was nice but still not available to eat while dining. It was enjoyable and will go back again.
If there is one dish a steakhouse should be able to properly cook it's....you guessed it - "steak". My wife and I had the unfortunate experience of dining at Morton's in King of Prussia. Everything was going well until dinner arrived. My wife had ordered a 6 oz filet (probably the easiest steak to cook - medium. Medium was described to be pink throughout by our server. What arrived was brown throughout. It wasn't even close to medium (it was well done). My wife was hesitant to send it back, fearing the amount of time it may take for a re-fired steak but we tried it anyway. What was supposed to be 5 minute was nearly 15 and what arrived was what I would say was "Pittsburgh rare". If you don't know what that it, it is fairly well charred on the outside but rare inside. Unbelievable that they messed up a second steak. Needless to say, my wife was just done with dinner at that point and so was I. The manager came over an apologized and they didn't charge us for the steak which was the right thing to do. I was troubled, however at the explanation - he said the kitchen was having an "off" night. That suggests we were not the first patrons to send back our food. It's also not acceptable that a place that charges what Morton's does (40-50-60) for a steak can have a "off" night in the kitchen. Davio's and Eddie V's nearby are WAY better options. The Brussels sprouts were amazing, the creamed spinach was bland.
The food was incredible bland and overall not worth the cost.
My wife and I went here for a late Valentine's Day dinner and this Morton's in consistently very good - from the service to the drinks and of course great steaks. My wife had a filet and I had one of the American waygu steaks that was exceptional.
Food underwhelming but service was good.
First time we went their service was 5 star and the food was amazing. The second time we went service was below average, didn’t even ask if we wanted drinks. Took 10 minutes to get the bread to our table and kept forgetting to bring back the unsweetened tea.
Food this time was a bit below what we got the first time. Idk if it was due to the 8:45 time but it felt like it was rushed and not to the first time experience. Will go back a third and hope for the best.

As always food, and environment was outstanding but the service wasn't what I am used to. If we weren't made aware of our servers name while being seated, we would've had to ask his name, because he never introduced himself to us. Also once our appetizers and food arrived, we weren't really checked on to make sure everything was okay, until the close to the end of our meals. The service wasn't bad, but again as I said not what I was used to. It felt like closing a business deal, more than a pleasant dining experience.
Love this place it's our favorite go to place as a family.
Worst experience of a Valentine’s Day ever! It was my first Valentine’s Day married and our steaks came out wrong so we had to eat in shifts by the time they got us steaks everything on the table was cold and my husband steak he left it it was that bad! The service was The worst ! the manager didn’t even come over to our table to talk to us after everything being wrong , The service was not good we constantly had to asked random servers to get us drinks we have been to Morton’s steakhouse all over the United States and never had this problem very unsatisfied experience
Good Valentine’s dinner with my wife. Waiter was attentive and made some good recommendations. Little loud at the beginning of dinner, but seemed to get quieter as the meal progressed.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Fantastic service, elegant atmosphere, and delightfully delicious food. Steaks were cooked to perfection as ordered. Our servers (they use a team approach so you never wait for a thing) we polite educated on the menu and delivered outstanding customer service. From the fresh baked warm bread they presented to begin our meal through dinner, and finishing with crembrulae cheese cake, I was impressed. Great place for a special romantic dinner!

My husband and I went out on an early Valentines Dinner.. it was our first time dining at Morton’s.. the food and drinks were delicious and the service was excellent.
My husband had a couple of complaints: his oysters were very salty and gritty. The shrimp with his steak was overdone.
I am disappointed you have taken Lobster off the menu (besides Lobster Tails).
Server was great and everything else was delicious.
Our waitress was professional, polite, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about the restaurant and the menu. It was a special evening as my wife and I were taking out a friend who has a brain tumor. Katlin, the woman who filled our water and the General Manager Jason made it a fantastic evening. We eat there frequently and will continue to do so. The staff represented Morton’s extremely well. Thank you.
I’ve had better food at less expensive places . Food was overpriced . Compared to other Morton’s food was below par
