Server Dave is outstanding! The food is excellent.
Very good food... very good service. The noise level was a bit high, but it was a Friday night so maybe that is why it was so loud.
Bartender was fabulous at juggling all the customers he had at one time.
Simply amazing! I went for my birthday and the staff were great. They had a special menu and took my picture. They ended up framing the picture and giving it as well as the menus as a gift. Excellent service!!! The manager came to the table more than once to make sure I was happy with my service. I loved our server. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the different menu/drink selections, and very pleasant. Excellent food!!!! Every single item I ordered was delicious. It was even good the next day. I could not have asked for a better experience. I left completely satisfied! Thank you staff at Mortons for making my birthday dinner so special.
Outstanding, friendly and unpretentious service by entire staff. Excellent steaks, seafood and desserts. The new gnocci side is a winner. Great wine selection both by the glass and by the bottle.
It was our anniversary and we were immediately greeted with a “happy anniversary” from every staff member we passed on the way to be seated. Our server, Andrew, was attentive and created an enjoyable experience while acknowledging our special day. We were surprised at attention to detail. Our menus had “Happy anniversary 1/11/20” on the top. They were presented to us with a photo keepsake of us that was signed by staff. We went because we had gone to the Morton’s in Chicago for Date night years ago and knew the food was good. But we had such an extraordinary experience at King of Prussia for our anniversary that we will be sure to tell everyone to go there for their special occasions. We experienced true professional hospitality at its finest.
Friendly staff, great food, easy parking, good locationl.
Steve who serves as manager was amazing!
Melanie did a nice job as our server.
Food is excellent and our server, Dave, is outstanding!
This is a great place to go. It is great for business meeting, celebration or just a nice casual dinner with friends.
Another fantastic Birthday Dinner for my Mother a KOP Morton's. Truly clear why "The Steakhouse" is part of the name.
Had reservation for 9:30 we were not seated until 10. Did not receive any apologies and nothing was done to try and make up for this. We were not the only people this happened to. The staff all seemed flustered and frustrated. For an expensive restaurant you would expect to receive much better customer service. The food was good but not worth the price for such poor service.
We were very disappointed in our experience on New Year's Eve. Our service last year for New Year's eve was excellent, but this year it was subpar. We had to remind the servers 3 times to just get sparkling water and at least that many times to get our bottle of wine delivered to the table. The food was just ok, with one of our salads being wilted and our steak overdone. For the price, we expected more!
New Years Eve Dinner
My husband and I went to Morton’s on NYE. We really enjoyed ourselves here. Our server, Dave, made our experience that much better. He was charismatic, knowledgeable, attentive- just fantastic! My husband ordered the rack of lambs and commented that it was very flavorful and well done. I ordered the prime ribeye which was also fantastic. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.
Always a good dinner.
Our waiter Dave was the best and we would recommend him to everyone who dined with you guys. Also Thank you for my mothers customized menus and photograph, we greatly appreciate your hospitality. Have a great New Year and we’ll revisit very soon.
Great job. Attentive , knowledgeable staff who value good service. Food quality is excellent. Never fails to impress.
Christmas Dinner. Waitress, food and services was very good. 3rd year for our party of 6 to eat there on Christmas night. Last year we thought the crab bisque was awful, so I explained to the waitress that every year we really enjoy our dinner at Morton’s but the Crab Bisque last year was awful. So we gave the crab bisque another chance this year and it was worse then last year. I do not suggest ordering the CB.
Very expensive for just par service, the food wasn’t bad but it did take about an hour to come out after we ordered, and our server was terrible. She ( Mary) was not professional she forgot one of our guest drinks three times, didn’t have the menu memorized, the first bottle of wine took about 15 minutes to come out which is wayyyy too long let alone for a “ high end restaurant “ and to top it all off she decided to blurt out the bill and it’s total to my entire table. How rude and unprofessional.
Excellent food and service.
It’s 3:00pm on Christmas Day, and with family we rarely see. The restaurant was basically empty and they wanted to seat us in the very back of the restaurant in a room so dark with no ambiance at all..so we asked if we can be seated in the main dining area and in one of their 8 open booths at the time. That was an issue for the hostess right there. So she was able to seat us at the booth right next to (basically in) the kitchen. We asked if we can sit one booth over and was told “that one specifically is reserved”. So we ate at the kitchen. Ordered our drinks and the pours are extremely short, in addition to that, there’s lipstick plastered on my glass I notice as we began to cheers for the Christmas Day. Gross. Then we ordered our food, I ordered Sea Bass without the miso sauce and asked if it was already marinated in the miso which we were told no only as they cook it so they can do mine on the side. Ten minutes later, the waiter comes back and says it’s already marinated in the miso so they can try to “drain out” most of what’s in there then cook it. I opted for the salmon instead. Came out, was not very hot and not a great flavor. Finally we finish without dessert after the sequence of events. As we left, the table that was “specifically reserved” never even showed up. Last time to spend an experience at this establishment .. too many other good ones around like Capital Grille, Eddie V’s (awesome), Sullivan’s, Ruth’s Chris. Unfortunate.
My husband and I dined here on Christmas Day, 2019. The welcoming, friendly, attentive staff and wonderful food keep us coming back to Morton's. I can always count on Morton's to deliver a perfectly prepared filet mignon that's juicy, tender and flavorful. Mary, our server, always provides us with exceptional service. We've been coming here for a number of years now for special occasions, and she remembers us and knows what we enjoy. My husband ordered the escargots as an appetizer, we both had the Morton's salad, and I also ordered a side dish of spinach and mushrooms. Everything was wonderful with one exception -- the cappuccino isn't that great, so next time I'll order just regular coffee. Thank you for an enjoyable Christmas Day dining experience, Morton's KofP! You're always at the top of our list of best restaurants.
Exceptional service! Nathan is the greatest waiter I have ever had. Really made the experience that much better! Food is delicious as well!
The staff and management went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect during a holiday dinner. The management noticed my 8yr old daughter enjoying cleaning the table (I know), but they went out of their way to give her a little gift (crumb scraper) and told her she could work any time she wanted. I am writing this review 5 days later, she is still smiling and still cleaning every surface of our house with the little crumb scraper. Thank you.
Great service & pacing of the courses. We will definitely benack
Great dinner after a busy day running around. Morton’s knows how to show appreciation for guests on a special event day. Out steaks and deserts were awesome.
Several kitchen errors on order resulting in delayed serving to three of my guests. Steak temperatures were off. Manager was on top of it without any intervention on my part. Appreciated their responsiveness and commitment to the customer experience. Five star potential if they could just get on top of kitchen errors and keep the service moving along. Perhaps rethink staffing levels particularly during the holiday season?
The filet topped with lobster was amamzing. The puff pastry was a little salty
All good always consistent
Our family dined together to celebrate a few important milestones. My husband and I had dined at Morton’s before and our experience was so good that we wanted to take our grown children there. I made a reservation through Open Table and eagerly waited for the night.
Let me start off by saying that steak all of us had was first rate. Side dishes we ordered were broccoli, asparagus, and hash browns. The sides weren’t as good as the first time we had them, but were still good. They were very fresh. Morton’s bread was probably our least favorite— it tastes like everything bagel.
We were seated in the middle of the dining room next to a big party. In hindsight, I should asked for a booth seating because space was tight. I was bumped into many times by the big party diners. Also because it was a big party, it was so loud.
Overall, due to the location next to a loud party, our experience wasn’t as good as it could have been. I cannot upload any pictures because the interior lighting was so low. But when you go, you will get very tasty steak and fresh vegetables, served by attentive servers.
Excellent meal & service, as usual.
Food was great! The service was slow, took us an hour to get our meal. It was extremely crowded due to parties.
Great food and great service. We had a fantastic time!!
Lousy lousy lousy last time I,ll ever go there. Terrible
25th anniversary, we have celebrated our last 9-10 anniversaries at Morton’s. Great food service and ambiance. It is always festive and busy given the holiday season but we had the perfect booth so we could enjoy each other’s company.
See you next year
It was a pleasant atmosphere overall.
the waiter and manager were super both kind and attentive.
As an Argentinean, I know about good quality meat and the ribeye was really really nice. For my wife the same, great.
CON: the waiting time... it took a few minutes to decide meal and get wine and bread but literally 75 minutes (yes 1:15 hr) to be served! It was too much for us. It was not even crowded, it was at 5:30 pm ...
This is the only reason why i decided for 4 starts from 5.
The service was outstanding and the food delish.
Go to restaurant for great steaks and drinks in King Of Prussia. As expected, great food, but why we go back regularly is for the terrific staff, especially the bartenders and managers.
