Morton's The Steakhouse - King of Prussia

The food was incredible bland and overall not worth the cost.
My wife and I went here for a late Valentine's Day dinner and this Morton's in consistently very good - from the service to the drinks and of course great steaks. My wife had a filet and I had one of the American waygu steaks that was exceptional.
Food underwhelming but service was good.
First time we went their service was 5 star and the food was amazing. The second time we went service was below average, didn’t even ask if we wanted drinks. Took 10 minutes to get the bread to our table and kept forgetting to bring back the unsweetened tea.
Food this time was a bit below what we got the first time. Idk if it was due to the 8:45 time but it felt like it was rushed and not to the first time experience. Will go back a third and hope for the best.
Valentine’s Day dinner with wifey
Awesome food, service, and quality even on a busy Valentine’s Day weekend! Definitely going back!
As always food, and environment was outstanding but the service wasn't what I am used to. If we weren't made aware of our servers name while being seated, we would've had to ask his name, because he never introduced himself to us. Also once our appetizers and food arrived, we weren't really checked on to make sure everything was okay, until the close to the end of our meals. The service wasn't bad, but again as I said not what I was used to. It felt like closing a business deal, more than a pleasant dining experience.
Love this place it's our favorite go to place as a family.
Worst experience of a Valentine’s Day ever! It was my first Valentine’s Day married and our steaks came out wrong so we had to eat in shifts by the time they got us steaks everything on the table was cold and my husband steak he left it it was that bad! The service was The worst ! the manager didn’t even come over to our table to talk to us after everything being wrong , The service was not good we constantly had to asked random servers to get us drinks we have been to Morton’s steakhouse all over the United States and never had this problem very unsatisfied experience
Good Valentine’s dinner with my wife. Waiter was attentive and made some good recommendations. Little loud at the beginning of dinner, but seemed to get quieter as the meal progressed.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Fantastic service, elegant atmosphere, and delightfully delicious food. Steaks were cooked to perfection as ordered. Our servers (they use a team approach so you never wait for a thing) we polite educated on the menu and delivered outstanding customer service. From the fresh baked warm bread they presented to begin our meal through dinner, and finishing with crembrulae cheese cake, I was impressed. Great place for a special romantic dinner!
Great dinner. Service was excellent. Chad, our server, was professional, knowable and very personable.
My husband and I went out on an early Valentines Dinner.. it was our first time dining at Morton’s.. the food and drinks were delicious and the service was excellent.
My husband had a couple of complaints: his oysters were very salty and gritty. The shrimp with his steak was overdone.
I am disappointed you have taken Lobster off the menu (besides Lobster Tails).
Server was great and everything else was delicious.
Our waitress was professional, polite, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about the restaurant and the menu. It was a special evening as my wife and I were taking out a friend who has a brain tumor. Katlin, the woman who filled our water and the General Manager Jason made it a fantastic evening. We eat there frequently and will continue to do so. The staff represented Morton’s extremely well. Thank you.
I’ve had better food at less expensive places . Food was overpriced . Compared to other Morton’s food was below par
Great family dinner as usual!
Great service and food
We went here for my wife's birthday. The staff was very nice and accommodating, which was greatly appreciated (including a photo birthday card signed by the staff - nice touch). The foor was good. Not amazing, but very good and worth the visit. The portion sizes were also good, so you most likely will bring home a doggie bag. The biggest down side was the dessert that we ordered, the Legendary Sundae, which was mostly whipped cream and vanilla ice cream with very little cake. Nonetheless, it was worth the visit and I would recommend this restaurant, especially for special occasions.
Asked for plain burgers. Came out with cheese on them. Told them it wasn’t correct, we asked for plain. They took them away and said it would only be a couple of minutes. Everyone else had nearly finished their dinner by the time the correct order eventually came out.
No discount given for the incorrect order and long delay.
Waitress stood and lingered while bill was being checked.
Very disappointed in the service.
The food was amazing and the service was awesome. I will be back.
Server Dave is outstanding! The food is excellent.
Food was Mediocre for the price. The drinks were great. I wouldn’t go back, not because of the services they were actually nice it just the food was surprisingly horrible. Also DONT GET THE LOBSTER MAC AND CHEESE. Any restaurant that has lobster Mac and cheese and I always get it and it was so bad I couldn’t even stomach it.
Very good food... very good service. The noise level was a bit high, but it was a Friday night so maybe that is why it was so loud.
Bartender was fabulous at juggling all the customers he had at one time.
Simply amazing! I went for my birthday and the staff were great. They had a special menu and took my picture. They ended up framing the picture and giving it as well as the menus as a gift. Excellent service!!! The manager came to the table more than once to make sure I was happy with my service. I loved our server. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the different menu/drink selections, and very pleasant. Excellent food!!!! Every single item I ordered was delicious. It was even good the next day. I could not have asked for a better experience. I left completely satisfied! Thank you staff at Mortons for making my birthday dinner so special.
Outstanding, friendly and unpretentious service by entire staff. Excellent steaks, seafood and desserts. The new gnocci side is a winner. Great wine selection both by the glass and by the bottle.
It was our anniversary and we were immediately greeted with a “happy anniversary” from every staff member we passed on the way to be seated. Our server, Andrew, was attentive and created an enjoyable experience while acknowledging our special day. We were surprised at attention to detail. Our menus had “Happy anniversary 1/11/20” on the top. They were presented to us with a photo keepsake of us that was signed by staff. We went because we had gone to the Morton’s in Chicago for Date night years ago and knew the food was good. But we had such an extraordinary experience at King of Prussia for our anniversary that we will be sure to tell everyone to go there for their special occasions. We experienced true professional hospitality at its finest.
Friendly staff, great food, easy parking, good locationl.
Steve who serves as manager was amazing!
Melanie did a nice job as our server.
Overall a good experience for my birthday dinner. Staff was friendly and attentive and service was spot on. My disappointment was the steak. It had more fat and was less tasteful compared to my prior steak dinners at this restaurant. Also, this Morton location has been around for a long time and it is showing its age. It really could stand being redecorated. All that said it is still a quality dining location based on the level of service, attentiveness, and menu selections.
Food is excellent and our server, Dave, is outstanding!
This is a great place to go. It is great for business meeting, celebration or just a nice casual dinner with friends.
Another fantastic Birthday Dinner for my Mother a KOP Morton's. Truly clear why "The Steakhouse" is part of the name.
Had reservation for 9:30 we were not seated until 10. Did not receive any apologies and nothing was done to try and make up for this. We were not the only people this happened to. The staff all seemed flustered and frustrated. For an expensive restaurant you would expect to receive much better customer service. The food was good but not worth the price for such poor service.
We were very disappointed in our experience on New Year's Eve. Our service last year for New Year's eve was excellent, but this year it was subpar. We had to remind the servers 3 times to just get sparkling water and at least that many times to get our bottle of wine delivered to the table. The food was just ok, with one of our salads being wilted and our steak overdone. For the price, we expected more!
New Years Eve Dinner
My husband and I went to Morton’s on NYE. We really enjoyed ourselves here. Our server, Dave, made our experience that much better. He was charismatic, knowledgeable, attentive- just fantastic! My husband ordered the rack of lambs and commented that it was very flavorful and well done. I ordered the prime ribeye which was also fantastic. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.
