    Dinning room was to dark and it was loud and challenging to have a conversation. Several people did not follow the dress code and were at the KoP restaurant in shorts and casual t-shirts … I live Eagles but not sure that was appropriate for a “special” place like Morton’s. Service was a bit slow at first and several tables that came after us recover water and bread well before we did … almost 20 minutes before we had any service. Food was outstanding!

    Not that its a big deal because when you go to a nice steakhouse you have to expect the price so why in your survey are you asking about "value" ? Seems kind of ridiculous don't you think.

    Black ceiling with black ceiling lights. Black walls. Dark floor. Dim overhead light and one flickering candle light on the table- with a shade. Every table had someone with a cellphone flashlight trying to read the menu or the bill. This is BLINDING if you happen to be facing in their direction.. Isn't this a hint to the management that this restaurant is too dark?? I was exhausted by the end of the meal. It was very expensive and I could barely see the food.

    I took my brother there last evening to celebrate his birthday and father's day weekend. He never been to Morton's before. He said it was the best steak he has ever had. He said the lobster bisque was the best he ever tasted. He wants to come back before year end.

    Problem with check and gift certificates transactions. Took around 25 minutes to get the check right. On of the Stake was on the cool side (not hot enough)

    A Memorable 20th Anniversary Celebration at Morton’s – King of Prussia We recently celebrated our 20th anniversary at Morton’s in King of Prussia, PA, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff went out of their way to make the evening special, greeting us with a decorated table, a thoughtful note, and a complimentary photograph to commemorate the occasion. Every team member we encountered—from the hostess to the manager and especially our waitress—offered warm anniversary wishes. We can’t say enough about our waitress, Myra. She was friendly, attentive, and accommodating, making us feel truly cared for throughout the evening. The food was exceptional. I started with the lobster bisque and my wife had the Caesar salad—both were excellent. The drinks were spot-on, and the fresh bread was delicious (we were thrilled when Myra sent a loaf home with our leftovers!). For our main course, we each had the 16 oz. ribeye, cooked perfectly to our individual preferences—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The sides were equally impressive and generously portioned; we were already full halfway through the meal. To top it all off, Myra brought us a complimentary chocolate lava cake with ice cream. Even though we were pretty full, we found room to enjoy every decadent bite. All in all, Morton’s was the perfect choice for our special occasion, and we’ll definitely be returning. Thank you, Morton’s, for helping make our anniversary truly unforgettable.
