We have been to several steakhouses in King of Prussia and this one was our least favorite. All the steakhouses are overpriced but you usually get nice portions, both in food and cocktails. Our visit to Morton's felt minimal and cheapened compared to the other local establishments.
Always excellent and a great value compared to some "other" steak houses in the city...
Our waiter was Amazing. The front desk hostess was rude and snooty. And demanded to see peoples clothing even asking them to unzip their jackets. It was obnoxious. However the host an older gray haired gentleman was excellent. 5 for food. 5 for service. 3 for the front desk

Server was miserable, didn’t know his name (Rob) until the check came. We had to ask to order EVERYTHING including drink refills. My steak was over done and my wife’s was under done . Not worth the price. Capital Grill in KOP is far better
Ambiance was old school, food took longer than I would have liked, steak was bland, needed more salt and pepper at least...luckily they gave good bread and drinks or I would complained more about the wait time for getting our entrees.
Upon receiving the receipt however they overcharged my card and then our waiter disappeared, another employee came up and fixed the bill, then our original waiter came back saying they had overlooked the first steak and he had to account that on the receipt...ok whatever.
The occasion was my birthday, the host was super polite and the waitress was awesome, super patient and friendly. My only concern was the lighting, it was super dim, dark & the drinks could have been stronger not to complain but overall 5 starts for sure.
Great services and great food
I’m not sure if this still a hangover from the pandemic lockdown but our service was poor. I expect a server to stop by every 5 minutes or so. Before the appetizers appeared I sat with an empty drink for 10 minutes.
Two of the four steaks were cooked to the wrong temperature, and we had to point out the need for fresh(hot) sides and sauce. This should be assumed at a steakhouse of this caliber. It’s been a while since I’ve been at Morton’s (been frequenting Capital Grille and Del Frisco’s) but I recall the standards being much higher.
The manager did comp desert for our trouble but the steak that was overcooked should have been comped since it required a 15 minute wait.
It will be a while before we are back.
It was not busy in the restaurant but there were a lot of takeout orders. I’m also not sure if they had enough servers. Normally this level of restaurant has no more than 3 tables per server but I think they we’re taking 4-5.
We miss this place in the city. Still as great as it was 15 years ago.
We had a wonderful Valentine's day dinner at Morton's. The food and service were excellent, and the Covid safety procedures were very good. Tables were appropriately separated and it was a comfortable, safe environment to enjoy our meal.
We have missed being able to go out for dinner as we like and this was a great welcome back for us. Thank you Shawna and team

Value is just fair... Portion size/quality is so so. Steak came out overcooked. Cost of food/sides seems to incorporate upscale service that really is not there...Service was very friendly, however order was messed up.
We were greeted by our server Rob and the wine master Peter. Both were very nice, professional, and friendly.
Peter made some nice wine recommendations, and we chose the Hess Cabernet, must say, it was delicious.
There were 6 of us, 4 of us had the Filet and 2 enjoyed the Chicken Christopher. And our sides were Brussels sprouts, sour cream mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. Can you say Yummy! Everything was fabulous! Cooked to perfection and served at the right temperature. Not one complaint.
In place of desserts, we opted for after dinner martini’s and highly recommend the Expresso Chocolate Martini.
We had a wonderful time, and enjoyed each others company and lucky we were having an Uber driver.

Fast seating, waiter was great, food and drinks where great also. A little pricey but it's to be expected, will go back soon.
My family and I had a great time. We were celebrating my sister’s birthday. The waiter and staff was outstanding, and the food was amazing! Looking forward to dining at Morton’s Restaurant again.
Highly recommend. The atmosphere is cozy and Covid safe. The food is cooked to perfection and the staff is wonderful.
Our food was delicious... my husband and I both ordered prime ribeye and they were cooked perfectly. The waiter was super friendly. We would definitely come back again.

Food was terrible learn how to cook a steak. The chefs completely messed up 2 porterhouses it was honestly laughable how bad it was. This place is a far from a quality steakhouse.
Great atmosphere ... and our cocktails and a shared appetizer were fantastic. However my wife’s filet and my ribeye were mediocre.
The restaurant was near full (even during the pandemic); plenty of people were enjoying — so my feedback may be just a matter of personal taste. I certainly cannot speak for other’s taste, but for the money there are better steaks out there.

we were told that we will have a 90 minutes window to be at our table but unfortunately we were there for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Everything was fine at first as our drinks and appetizers came in as expected but we had to wait for ever for our entrees to come. when they finally arrived mine had one of the filet mignons well done when I had ordered rare. The waitress had it replaced right away but it is still annoying after waiting that long your meal. The manager credit my entree but we were all really disappointed by the experience and will definitely choose an other restaurant next time.

The service was outstanding, the food was cooked very well but a tad bland.
I had a filet that our waiter sent back twice because it was so underdone, I ordered medium plus and it came back rare then medium rare.
The piece of meat was not the quality that it should of been.
The manager took it off the bill but my husband was done he steak before I received my well done fillet.
We probably won't go back for a long time.
