my ribeye steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare and was tender and juicy. the augratin potatoes were disappointing however. we were told by the waiter to be very careful as they were extremely hot but as we dipped into them a couple of minutes later they were lukewarm to cool at best with very little cheese sauce. my wife's lobster tail was very good as was the steamed broccoli. her key lime martini was too strong on the alcohol for her taste. though we weren't in any hurry, it was a full 40 minutes from being seated until our entrees arrived.

I took a client and his wife, the food was short of acceptable and certainly not anything close to delicious, they brought my husband the wrong dish and argued with him about it, I couldn’t even hear my client across the table, it smelled musty and we felt like we were in a basement backroom (oh wait, we were). My comment to my husband at the end of the evening was, “I don’t remember paying so much for such terrible food and service.” The only good thing I can say, the manager brought my husband’s correct meal out and was very polite and professional. Too bad the rest of the staff didn’t get the memo.

Ate here in celebration of obtaining my Master's degree is Emergency Management. Our server was named Tony and he was from Long Island... impeccable service. Was a good time all around.

Valentine’s Day dinner. It was a great experience. We were seated promptly just a bit ahead of our reservation time. Our server, Kea, did a fabulous job of making our dinner special occasion truly special.
The filets were excellent as was all of the food.

Wagyu strip, bone in filet, crab legs, lobster mac n chez! It was all yummy! Pricey uh yea but we were too full & happy!!

I have been to Morton's several times but the last visit was a little underwhelming. We were seated in a large booth and there was a pretty pungent smell near/in the booth and we asked to be moved to a table. We didn't get bread until after our salad courses arrived. Steaks were cooked properly and Mac & Cheese was delicious as usual but the service was a little slower than normal and nothing special. I still prefer a Morton's steak over St. Elmo in Indy but I think there's some serious steakhouse competition in Indy and Morton's is going to have to step their game up.

There were three of us dining. The other two guests had their steaks done medium and were very pleased. I ordered mine medium well done and wished I had ordered it a little less cooked, as it was good, but not as good as other times I have dined here. The serving staff was excellent; attentive without being obtrusive. The Devour Indy value was great.

We had a group of 6 for a birthday. Reservation for 8:15, but we were early and were seated before 8:00. Thoroughly enjoyed excellent service through a leisurely celebration (2.5 hours), and never felt rushed. The "Devour" menus offered surprising value and variety. Highly recommend: glazed salmon, filet mignon, chop salad, sour cream mashed potatoes, key lime pie, and hot chocolate cake. It was a wonderful, memorable evening, and we look forward to returning for another meal.

While so many restaurants near the center of Downtown try to cater to conventions, Morton's was a lovely intimate spot. The Devour Downtown menu is perfect for us with a well-balanced and generous selection to choose from.
