Amazing service and the food was fantastic. The bacon steak is a must have. Only food complaint was the potatoes au gratin needed salt and some seasoning. There was a good blogger a few tables over that kept using an extremely bright light that was very annoying and ruined the relaxing atmosphere while trying to enjoy date night.

Really enjoyed our dinner at this location. It is a smaller more intimate Morton’s which we really appreciated. Great service by a personable server. Food selection for Houston Restaurant Week was outstanding and delicious. Highly recommend.

I came in for restaurant week because they have a lot of options to try unlike other restaurants. We booked a reservation of 3 and were the second table in the restaurant so service and food should have been impeccable. Unfortunately that was not the case. First, we had to ask for the restaurant menu specifically. I understand wanting to upsell but it’s the server’s responsibility to aware us guests with the specials instead hide. Second, the starters options were great but the entrees and accompaniments is where the flavor lacked. The Chicken Christopher lacked seasoning. Creamed Spinach is what it sounds like, shockingly disappointed. Sour Cream Mash Potatoes tasted like they were instant. SZECHUAN Green Beans were overcooked, soggy and had more of a Sriracha taste. Thirdly, the desert came out while one of us was still finishing our meal. The reasoning so was because there was no hold and it takes longer to bake the chocolate cake. Just for it to taste dry within. Overall, I would not recommend the restaurant week menu due to lack of flavor and attitude from ordering such menu. Unsure if I’d revisit for the dinner menu.

Filet was adequate, nothing special. Cognac sauce was flavorless and disappointing. Creamed spinach was flavorless. Caesar salad was good but the wedge salad was wilted. Overall a disappointing dining experience.

The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday dinner feel special. There was great food & wine recommendations and every dish was fantastic. I especially like the prosciutto wrapped mozzarella & the filet mignon.
