We waited a little longer than usual for our main entree because the restaurant was busy at the time we were there. Otherwise, everything was great!
Excellent. Service positive, great waiter very helpful. Food was awesome very generous.
Be back again.
Tim was an amazing, personable, attentive server. We loved our booth near the kitchen. We will definitely request for Tim next time. The food and drinks were delicious
A special anniversary celebration was really made special by everyone there.
Terrific food & service
Great menu. Great price. Shawn was an excellent host for our evening. Mahalo!
Lovely … as always
What a disappointment after many visits to various Moretons! We were seated 20 minutes after our booking time and made to stand around with many others until I go myself a chair to sit down. Our server seemed poorly trained and focussed on selling us some extremely horrible dessert which was mostly dairy whip. I ordered a glass of Champagne and he started to advise what Proseccos they had until I stopped him. My choice of after dinner liquors were all on the list presented to me, but were mostly unavailable. This experience has put me off Mortons and I will chose Ruth's Chris Steak House next time1
The prices are going up everywhere and it's no different when dining out so everything else needs to support that price3 increase. It did tonight at Morton"s. The ambience is always upscale; diners are seated far enough apart so as not to feel crowded and the house manager seemed to be everywhere looking for ways to make your stay comfortable - like coming by to fold the napkin when my husband went to the bathroom. Service was excellent. When our guest was trying to give his charge card to our waiter before dinner we argued. Our waiter discretely took his card and put it in his back pocket to return when I was paying the bill. So clever. He explained that the bill is given to the person who made the reservations! Great! The food was delicious as usual. I decided to have soup and appetizers for dinner. This was more than enough especially since I saved room for dessert. Three birthday celebrations; 3 complimentary desserts. Only thing disappointing was there was o soufflé- Covid! Thank you for a very relaxing end enjoyable night.
Excellent as usual. Portion size larger than expected, a nice surprise.
Our waiter and servers was awesome. Told us the specials. He was nice patient and very aloha. Keep it up Team Morton’s!!
An enjoyable dining experience with attentive service and food quality that matches the usual Morton’s experience!
Amazing steaks. (12 OZ. Filets x2).
Very nice service.
Annoying neighboring table with small children whining.
Great dinner; restaurant was very crowded; the Wagyu Filet with Foie Gras was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. We all had Landry's Club specials -- great value.
Awesome service we had waiter Edwardo awesome service 😊delicious food
We’ve dined here numerous times. This particular visit was not like usual. We got seated early, that was nice and that was about it. When making the reservation, I requested a particular server. I was not informed until I asked the girls at the front to see if they’re working and with an attitude she said that she no longer works there. Our server Mark paid more attention to the other tables than us. It felt like that we were unimportant. We felt rushed and felt unwelcome. We’ve been coming for six years and this was the first time, and hopefully the last time we get treated like this. We love it here. Please fix it. Also when I make a reservation, I always got a booth but we were sat in the middle even though there were open booths when we arrived. We felt like we were treated as first timers. A family a few tables away from us, actual first timers, received better service than us.
From the moment we arrived we felt treated as Royalty. The Hostess crew went above and beyond to fulfill our request for a booth. Our server, Trent, so attentive ~ even good-naturedly video taping our birthday tribute for our son! It was a wonderful experience and a delightful evening on our last night in Honolulu!
My husband and I dined here as our first date of 2022 and we weren’t expecting much. But our waiter/server Ed was super friendly, very helpful and really made our experience here better than we expected it to be. Food was good but the service will always leave an impact on us. Will definitely bring our friends here next time!
Morton’s is a pricey but well-run establishment. The Front desk ladies were very helpful as I had messed up my reservation. They were able to seat us anyway and I appreciated that. The interior is dark-club decor, which lends itself to a dressy date night or special event dinner. Regrettably, we’d had our fill of steak during our visit so we did not go that direction. But perhaps we should have – – after all, this is a steakhouse. My husband started with a dozen oysters and liked them OK but he prefers Gulf coast oysters to the Mainland East Coast versions. I ordered a gin gimlet but they didn’t have Rose’s lime juice, for some reason. Or maybe our server didn’t understand what that was. So I switched to a martini which was lovely. My starter was the lobster bisque which was tasty, although a little thin. There were small chunks of lobster throughout. The Caesar salad was lovely, and large enough for my husband and I to split. I must’ve been in a lobster mood, because I ordered the twin lobster tails which were tasty, although I must say the texture was slightly rubbery. The clarified butter saved the day. My husband ordered the twin pork chop, which I also sampled, and it was very well prepared and delicious. The white chocolate bread pudding was the pièce de résistance. My husband also enjoyed a glass of port and an espresso. Overall, service was excellent. The steakhouse, clubby theme has been done from city to city, but I must say that Dallas and Houston do it better than this Morton’s. Still, it’s a great place to people watch in Honolulu and it’s convenient with an elevator in the parking lot of Alamoana Mall. This is an expensive restaurant, so come prepared to spend $150, per person, soup to nuts. And be sure to order the steaks.
We dined here for New Years Eve . Staff greeted us and offered us the traditional new years eve party hats as we were shown to our table. Ambiance was very nice - upscale and they had decorated for the holiday. Waitstaff was excellent- our Server was Trent and he was very attentive, professional and friendly . My husband ordered the peppercorn sauce for his steak , which he thought was delicious, and Trent automatically brought him extra without even asking.
We had the filet mignon , lobster tails and sea bass and all dishes were well prepared and presented . Good wine selection.
We will def return for special occasions .
Great dinner . Mark our waiter was the best really great . Best meal in Oahu
The entire experience was excellent. We were celebrating a 25th Anniversary and an 18th birthday and they made it special. Acknowledged these at checkin. Had a menu printed with happy birthday and anniversary. Food was excellent. Porterhouse and filet. Service from Grayson was great.
Celebrating our wedding, 1 year anniversary of knowing each other and baby. Our server Paul was outstanding. Never missed a beat, a water refill, an empty dish or opportunity to make sure we had everything we needed.
Steak was cooked perfectly. Burrata salad was a nice rendition of an old favorite. All the sides were generous and cooked to perfection. My husband’s Campfire S’more OF was amazing. The Hot chocolate cake for dessert was a perfect cherry on top an amazing sundae of a meal.
Very nice establishment, the staff is very attentive and we even got complimentary fries for waiting a bit longer due to many people being there. Staff is friendly and professional would definitely come here again
We love eating here -- had the whole family of seven for dinner -- we tried the special steaks this time. All cooked to perfection with outstanding service. The team at Morton's is very good for special requests. It is easy to over eat at Morton's because of the delicious onion loaf bread and butter, so you have to pace yourself. The whole restaurant has a very upbeat, energetic, yet relaxed atmosphere.
This was the first time at Morton's. The service was excellent from when we got off the elevator until we left. We were welcomed with a very pleasant hostess that seated us and even pulled out the table so that we could sit in our booth comfortably instead of sliding around. Our waiter was very helpful and quick. We didn't wait long for our food. The other wait staff also provided exceptional service in quickly refilling our glass and removing our dishes from the table when we were done eating. The food was really good too. I highly recommend this restaurant to people looking for a nice place to eat with exceptional service.
Not the bet during the holiday season. I ordered my favorite the filet mignon and wait was longer than Normal.
This was a special dining experience, for Christmas dinner. The food was very good, although a bit pricey. As busy as they were, the service was excellent. We will be back. Thank you for a terrific dinner.
Went for Christmas and got cold food and not so great service. For the price we paid we thought we’d get fine dining but it lacks in certain areas. Filet wasn’t hot and side dishes came out at different times. Server didn’t give options and barely saw him throughout our night, he had other people help us.
Server forgot a couple items on our order. Awkward
I have lived in Honolulu for over 20 years and this was my first time eating at Morton's. It exceeded my expectations in all aspects. I will definitely return!
Great Christmas menu with the chateaubriand special. Teresa is our favorite server!
Vanessa the bartender/our server was amazing! A class service.
Great service; however, steaks were just okay. Very disappointing.
It took a long time to get our entrees. There were lots of waiters and busboys but the food took a long time to get to us.
We were celebrating our 5th anniversary, so it was a special night. Morton’s knew about the anniversary, so they treated us well. However, my girlfriend and I ordered different appetizers. They brought her’s out very quickly, while mine was 10 minutes behind. My GF ordered her steak “medium”; mine was supposed to be “medium rare”. The steaks were different cuts and, unfortunately, they cooked her’s medium-rare and mine came out “medium”. To remedy the situation, they took her steak back and grilled it a bit more, but it still wasn’t exactly right. Are these first-world issues? Yup. But did I pay first-world prices? Yup.
The streaks came out and no sides came out until we ask the waiter. Gave us some BS that they didn’t want the steak to be cold
