    Servers, Chef , manager and food were all outstanding. A wonderful place to celebrate an anniversary.

    Food, service, valet parking all great. Our server was professional and friendly. Food was served promptly and tasted delicious. We enjoyed the ragyu meatballs, filets, au gratin potatoes, green beans, and the "legendary" hot chocolate cake for dessert. We were there to celebrate my wife's retirement, so we wanted something special and upscale. We dressed up for the occasion, and chose Morton's because we expected their "strict" dress code to be honored. We were surprised to see other patrons in t-shirts, shorts, golf shirts, jeans, sneakers, etc. I'm old school when it comes to appropriate attire, so this was my only disappointment. A restaurant as nice as Morton's should uphold their dress code.

    The quality of the tenderloin on the sliders was far inferior to previous visits. They also removed the previously delicious burger from the bar menu and replaced it with a “smash burger” which is far inferior and doesn’t even allow for selection of temperature. As a result, I cancelled future reservations. They then packed a large table of 8 next to us by adding tables and chairs and as a result, the ambience was very loud and crowded .

    We had our Brother-Sister Dinner at Morton's in Cleveland OH. Our waiter did a wonderful job assisting us with selecting appetizers, entrées, and desserts. We enjoyed meatballs, Nueske's bacon, and crab cake appetizers. All were delicious. Bread was delicious. We enjoyed ribeye and bone-in ribeye steaks cooked to perfection. My Hubby enjoyed the sea bass entre. One of my sisters enjoyed lobster. For sides we shared the yummy sour cream mashed potatoes, smoked gouda and au gratin potatoes, loaded baked potato, and truffle cream corn (the hit of the sides). For dessert, we shared chocolate cake with ice cream. All seven of us were happy with our meals.

    I took my sister out for a really nice relaxation dinner with all the bells and whistles. Morton’s steakhouse did not disappoint. The steaks were amazing. The service was great and the atmosphere was really nice. My sister was so impressed. We had the ribeye and lamb chops.

    We have come at least 10 times out of the last few months and this time 3 out of the four steaks were way under cooked pork chop was also under cooked didn’t complain about that. Seems like things aren’t always clicking. Our waiter was great but food always has a problem especially when your bill is over 700 bucks I would say 3 out of 10 is decent not very good odds

    Our steaks were mixed up and cooked to wrong temperature, the temperature we asked for that was now on the wrong cut of meat still needed to be sent back due to being way undercooked vs what was asked for, the wrong salad was brought to table as well. The only thing that was high end was the price. This was a very surprisingly, absolutely underwhelming experience from to bottom.
