   the atmosphere is very cool, service is excellent, the omakase was good, there were a few items on the menu that were not great, i’m an avid sushi eater and would rather for the price be able to order al a cart, they should also consider just doing a hand roll & martin bar like the west village location, i really think it would be a more lucrative option for them, and something i would do a couple times a week.

   My husband and I enjoyed the ambience, the service, and the quality of the food—overall, everything was excellent. In my opinion, though, it's a bit overpriced for the location.

   This was exceptional omakase. It’s pretty clear Moody Tongue is chasing Michelin stars, and I hope they catch one.

   We went to the Moody Tongue last year for the 1 month “pop up” at the Four Seasons, it was much better. We were excited to come back now that they were established at the Hilton in West Palm Beach. The music was extremely loud. The fish was very fresh, the rice was good but the combination of the toppings on each piece of sushi was a bit lackluster compared to our last experience. Not sure if I’d pay that much to go back again. Also, they automatically charged $7 for water, you had no choice.

   This was mine and my husband's first omakase experience but our friends' had done a few other omakase mals in the past - the menu with beer pairing exceeded all of our expectations. From the professional but kind servers (shoutout to Angel) to the freshness of the food to the elegant beer glasses, we couldn't have imagined a better meal. Overall, it was expensive, but definitely worth the cost for a special occasion or once in a while splurge. Would highly recommend for adventurous eaters, beer aficionados, and sushi lovers.

    What a special experience. I’m so thankful that this is in West Palm and that we can have a special night out at a place like this. The food was out of this world especially the hand rolls. We got to enjoy the Wagyu one and also a special Stone crab one. The service was amazing the environment was out of this world and we can’t wait to go back
