Located within an intimate space found in the newly renovated Hilton West Palm Beach, Moody Tongue Sushi presents an exclusive experience highlighting a hyper-seasonal, elevated sushi menu from Executive Sushi Chef Hiromi Iwakiri alongside a curated beer pairing from MICHELIN-starred Moody Tongue Brewery's acclaimed brewmaster Jared Rouben. A curated menu of spirits, wines and cocktails is available as well.

During the summer season, the restaurant is featuring (1) a special a la carte sushi menu on Wednesday evenings as well as (2) an 8-course omakase menu ($95 per guest; 5pm only) and 13-course omakase ($145 per guest; all seating times) on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Please note: pricing may vary due to the seasonality of ingredients and menu changes; however, the price noted here at the time of your reservation will be honored when you join us.

Wonderful experience. Wasn’t busy due to summer months but felt like a proper omakaze. No glitz and frills just great sushi. Staff was wonderful and the beer pairing was outstanding!

Second time in five months and we are still so very much impressed! We came back for our anniversary dinner and the team made the dinner so special. Prinzes and Adam are amazing and really made sure we had a great experience. The entire team really, but I don't know all the names! There is a reason Moody Tongue has been recognized in the Michelin Guide in such a short time. The chefs are wonderful and happy to explain the dishes. The fish is fresh and delicious. It is such a vibe in here and if you're questioning it, try it! The beers are also delicious and worth a try. We cannot wait to come back (again)!

My husband and I were looking for a “Michelline Experience “ as advertised but we found out that the Michelline is the “Beer pairing” , which we didn’t get for the more expensive price. The correct way to explain the experience instead of 8 meal course it should be 6 sushi bites course because that’s what you get plus beginning with 1 small tofu bowl to finish with a small chocolate muss desert…. Not worth the price. The chef Carlos was wonderful and talking to him made the event bearable. The valet parking driver took the freedom to change our air conditioner to a blasting 58 degrees..

Our 1st time going here. The food was very fresh and the staff were friendly and attentive. Secret room off the lobby. $$$$ but worth it for a special occasion.

Exquisite flavors, unparalleled combinations, fresh, seasonal and wonderful. Intimate, Darkly lit, customized service over 1.5 hours. Not rushed. 2 extra sushi Specials and a full flight beer tasting - can also purchase 6 pack or individuals of their bottle beer. Music playlist is moody neo soul R and B playlist - unexpected and soulful. Wish I could eat like this every night!
