Located in the heart of the city near Eagle Street Pier, the Botanical Gardens, and part of the Stamford Plaza Brisbane Hotel complex, Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill Brisbane opened on the 4th June 2010 in the historical Port Office Building and has quickly become one of Brisbane’s favourite venues and indeed, one of Australia’s best steak restaurants.

Moo Moo Restaurant Group founders, Steven & Autumn Adams, bought their upmarket steak restaurant concept to Brisbane after 5 successful years on the Gold Coast gaining many awards and accolades.

Expansion to Brisbane was a natural fit for the group and when approached by Stamford Hotels to take over the space formally occupied by long standing restaurant Siggis, Steven jumped at the chance to move into one of Brisbane’s most historic buildings. A multimillion dollar renovation commenced bringing the building back to life and opening up previously unused balconies.

Great food and great service as always. Perfect setting and the balcony was the perfect place with the heaters and a nice breeze.

Our waitress was knowledgeable, professional and really pleasant (I wish I remembered her name). We got the 4 person share dish and it was more than enough and so good. Cocktails were great and there were plenty of options on the wine list. Highly recommend.

Food and service was amazing. Waitress had very high standard knowledge of food and wine. Highly recommend if you love steak.

I'm a regular at Broadbeach, so was excited to try out the Brisbane restaurant, what a let down. The waiter we had was a nice young man, but completely run off his feet. No one took any drink order, when we asked if we could order a drink it didn't arrive, so we needed to ask after our meal had arrived. We didn't receive what we had ordered , so had to wait, again. My daughter and I normally share a GR steak in Broadbeach but was told we cannot share in Brisbane, so ordered the sharing plate which is the same price, but not what we wanted. I felt like I paid alot of money for a disappointing experience.

We had the most wonderful time for my birthday dinner. Top service, excellent food, we really couldn't fault it. Can't wait to go back!!
