   Believe the hype. I think these dishes will stay in my mind for a long time, everything we got was delicious. The buns are amazing, as is the tuna and foie gras. The only thing I wish is that the meat large portions also came in a portion appropriate for 2 people. I feel like we missed out since those dishes are large/expensive and meant for 3+ people.

   We enjoyed the service and food, we just felt the menu caters a bit better to 4 or more seated versus only 2 of us. The appetizers seemed to be a good amount for 4 as well. Would've love to have tried a family platter. I truly enjoyed the pumpkin and the shisito plates dare I say more than the pork belly bun.

   I loved all the food, the service, and the seat my partner and I were sat at. The view was fantastic just as every bite was. The sesame ice cream was delicious, I’m surprised I had to ask for it as it wasn’t on the menu.

   Host, server, whole staff- all amazing I’ve been working in restaurants since 1994, I am a culinary teacher. The duck was the best thing Ive ever eaten. Like seriously knocked out of the park at every corner. Thank you

   This was our first time to Momofuko Las Vegas. I had seen David Chiang featured on Top Chef, his Netflix special and read articles featuring him and his restaurants…it was time to try this place. Upon arrival, the hostess was nice and the gentleman who seated us was engaging. We were sat in this upper section of the restaurant that overlooked the Strip. We ordered both bao appetizers and the raw oysters, all was excellent. My favorite was the spicy miso ramen that I couldn’t get enough of. Service was good, not great. We’ll definitely be back for the food and ambiance.

   Five stars for food and service! Both excellent! Three stars for ambiance, only because we were seated in a weird upstairs section that clearly was not part of the original restaurant, therefore we were seated at a table that had the same chairs you would find in a hotel banquet room. And there was old chinese red carpet and those wooden boats for decor you eat sushi off of. It was super strange compared to the vibe coming from the regular dining room. Which was very modern and cool. I felt as if we missed out on the complete experience being in that unusual area. Not sure why we got sat there, it was a Saturday night at 8pm and the restaurant was not even half full the entire time we were there.

    Food was amazing. Family meals was surprisingly reasonably priced. Wedding party on upper floor was extremely loud, but the great food more than made up for the noise issues.

    We did the Chef’s tasting menu that our wonderful waiter recommended and it was AMAZING. Go for the $150/pp option. It includes healthy portions of such a variety of their most well-known dishes. The wagyu beef and tempura lobster was outstanding. The service was impeccable, our waiter explaining every dish in detail, you can see he was very passionate about the food there. It was a new restaurant for us to try this go-round in Vegas and it absolutely being added to our reportoire!

    I enjoyed our meal here. I would even recommend it to a friend. However it is one among many outstanding Las Vegas restaurants. I have a hard time seeing it stand out among the many great options.

    Ramen was really good but all other items we ordered (roasted lamb etc) were lacking…I don’t know…consistency? Feeling was of a random collection of visionary food forced into one menu. Lacking dessert options which is disappointing and coffee is just meh.

    Food was amazing Asian fusion with a good variety to choose from and most plates were shareable. Dessert of course was a serving of cereal milk and crack pie. The ice cream is truly unique and tasted just as great as his dinner selections. Would highly recommend Momofuku and will be back again.

    Highly recommend this restaurant if you are a huge fan of pork and duck dishes. They are fantastic!!! It’s a bit noisy during dinner but the great food more than makes up for it.

    Of all the things we ate in Vegas, including many top chefs, the ramen and Bo Saäm at Momofuko were among the very best. Great service and beautiful view. If I lived in Vegas I would be here at least twice a week.

    Highly recommend going while in Vegas. David is a pro. If cost conscious just get the miso spicy ramen. I can’t imagine eating that by myself and still being hungry. Wonderful experience. The tap water smells funny though. Weird. Sparkling didn’t.

    Unfortunately, did not get to try it because despite a reservation made well in advance, we were offered counter seating so we can "see the cooks working." I had indicated in my reservation this was a special event/ for my sister's birthday and we were actually a full hour early and hung out in the Cosmopolitan, but rather impolite host staff said we needed to wait for other folks to finish eating at their leisure. Left after attempting to perch awkwardly at the counter seat. Never again. Also wasted $20 for casino parking.

    Our server went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! He made great recommendations and even sent over a side and a bottle of rose when and we had ordered was missing.     My husband and I visit Momofuku whenever we're in Vegas. Every time we visit, we are blown away by the food and service. The dishes arrive at the right time and even though I was super full from the first few dishes, that didn't stop me from eating everything we ordered! We started with the spicy cucumber (very refreshing and light), pork belly buns, crispy lamb ribs, and the hokkaido pumpkin. I mentioned that we were there for our anniversary and we were surprised with one of the Milkbar cookies as our dessert! We will definitely return -- be sure to make reservations ahead of time!     Amazing food. Light and beautiful indoors, and some of the most friendly servers I’ve met in the entire city. Pork buns are a must and was some of the best meat I’ve ever eaten. Bo Ssam was filling, but not heavy, and very well balanced. Would highly recommend.
