   We are huge fans of David Chang and his Momofuko brand. Our family was extremely excited to dine here. Everything from start to finish was phenomenal. The spicy cucumbers and sticky buns with pork and shrimp were a great start. David found a way to encourage children to eat cucumbers 👍. The mushroom and spicy ramen were the best ramen ever. We shared the Waygu strip which was prepared perfectly. The combination of the oyster mushrooms and peppercorn sauce was incredibly delicious. The highlight of the night was when Josh, the general manager came over to the table and chatted us up. We discovered we had some great things in common. We are very grateful for the bag of merch. The kids can't stop talking about it 😊. We are thankful for his time and hospitality.

   Great service but food was mediocre, the pork belly bao was not as tender or tasteful as others I’ve had, the lamb chops were very gamey.

   We were done with our show and they were able to move our reservation up. The Iberico Pork was so exquisite and the Cavier Bun was the best bun I've ever had. The service was on point even though the staff had already had a long day from Easter celebrations.

   The food was incredible and our server was excellent. Wish we could remember his name but he truly made our experience wonderful. Thank you for surprising us with treats from MILK.

   We really enjoyed our lunch. The service was excellent. The table side carved duck breast was enough for five of us.

   It was my second time at Momofuku, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. My favorites were the cauliflower, the pork belly buns, and especially the duck. They carved it right in front of us and served it over a thin, crispy layer of rice, almost like Hong Kong-style claypot rice. The duck was incredibly tender and flavorful, absolutely delicious!

    We showed up to the reservation on time, and per-usual these restaurants are pretty crowded and waiting for tables to clear up. Luckily, our group of 10 found space at the bar and on the corner. It's a good looking place for 20-year-old standards, and the shops nearby are nice to check out while waiting. As they managed the busy night, I checked in with the hostess about every 10min, and later a manager (I'm guessing) came over. He was polite, professional, and energetic telling me that he has figured out a better solution than keeping my group waiting. He took us to a private room, HOLY MOLY! I did my best to be polite during the whole process, and what a reward. Everyone in my group loved it, my friend's birthday was spectacular, and it was a highlight for us all and something we didn't want to end. Thank you, thank you! This was the one thing I handled for the weekend to make the birthday boy's life easier, and I owe all the thanks and praise I received to Momofuku! Food was great, staff was helpful, even without the special upgrade I am ready to come back.
