    We returned for a 2nd time. The food is extraordinarily good! We got the chef’s tasting menu, and it did not disappoint. The flavors are amazing and the presentation is perfection! The best meal my husband and I have ever had!

    This was one of our favorite places we have ever eaten! The chef was absolutely amazing and came out to greet many of the guests. Food was delicious. Highly recommend.

    The best Italian restaurant around for miles. The food is always phenomenal, not just in flavor but also in its presentation. Their cocktails are always delicious as well.

    This restaurant is a hidden gem. The food is extraordinary. I have never had a bad meal here. Most places that have this type of menu and service often tend to be so pretentious that its not comfortable to eat there and enjoy it. Not the vibe here. There will be items on the menu that you sware your on an episode of The Bear. Go enjoy this place.

    We were visiting the Poconos from NYC, and we are lovers of great food. We found Momento online, and while their a la carte menu looked nice, we were most intrigued by their six-course tasting menu. When we arrived for dinner, we chose the tasting menu with a black truffle add-on. Every course of the tasting menu was impressive, but the amuse bouches that preceded them were excellent, too. We especially like one bite that included foie gras in a pastry. The first course was a nitrogen-chilled gazpacho with a perfectly balanced horseradish foam that was neither conciliatory nor too sharp. The second course was a lovely scallop tartare decorated with caviar and seated in a mussel broth that was spectacular. The third course was perfectly al dente tagliatelle with pesto and a shrimp. The latter's flavor was buoyed by being served head on, but yet, it was not overwhelmed by the pesto. Fourth, was a composed monkfish medallion enrobed in prosciutto and accompanied by a slice of zucchini that retained its crunch, and a blanched, peeled, whole, tomato. The balance of briny, meaty, and vegetal was all gathered together with a delectable lobster sauce. The fifth course was a braised rabbit in a sumptuous jus with a crispy polenta cake. We had to request some bread to enjoy every drop of the jus, and of course, their focaccia was dreamy. Dessert was a panna cotta with a delectable sauce, a crunchy turquoise honeycomb, and a beignet that was cream-filled and just the right amount of sweet. Even compared to NYC, Momento's tasting menu delivered the goods and acquitted itself in high fashion. Pairing the food with the attention of the staff (The chef accompanied each course to the table to explain it.) and an impressive wine and cocktail selection, we wanted to return for round two the next night. If you're going to the Poconos and you have a taste for fine food, you will love Momento. It is a memorable meal.
