A feature of the restaurant is the tasting menu with wine pairing and molecular gastronomy. WINE SPECTATOR WINNER with over 200 wines on the menu and over 25 by the glass. Wine tastings events. Design your own bourbon flight from our extensive collection. Want classic cocktails made the old fashion way? We have that covered too. Outdoor patio and bar, weather permitting. CHEF NICOLA MERSINI brings experience from Italy, Spain, Germany and New York City for an excellent culinary experience in the Poconos. No kids menu but we have a plenty of pleasing pasta dishes.

    Food, presentation and service were outstanding! The choices were excellent and the wine pairings were spot on. While the experience is different than Michelin star-rated restaurants, the quality compares very favorably. It was well-worth the trip from Hartford CT. We’ll do it again!

    The staff was amazing. We were seated promptly for our reservation and chose a great wine off of their tremendous wine list. Our charcuterie appetizer pleased the group as did every entree presented to us. Ask about their own Elijah Craig bourbon too!

    Can honestly say some of the best food i have had in some time. The burrata salad was great. The short rib and pasta simply amazing. Wouldn't do the oysters again but would 100% go back.

    This is still our favorite restaurant in the area. The food is consistently excellent. We were a party of 5 and all enjoyed their meals. The branzino and the soups were especially outstanding.

    My husband and I celebrated our anniversary last night. Mementos is our favorite restaurant. We had the asparagus flan which was outstanding. My husband had the special which was Tuscan lasagna with truffles. I had veal scallopini which was very tender. It was an amazing night.
