   Such yummy dumplings. Also tried the brussels sprouts, short ribs, asparagus, chicken fried rice, and pork with noodles. Everything was delicious. Our server was attentive without being intrusive. Oh, and the cocktails are fantastic; we ordered the old-fashioned and the margarita.

    This was an awesome dinner choice! I went with my SO, and we ordered a couple dumplings and shared 3 small plates and everything was incredible! I was partial to the chicken and ginger wonton, twice cooked pork belly, and kimchi tater tots! I will be back to try their large plates and other options!

    We got 4 of the small plates and enjoyed each one! Brussel sprouts, chicken skewers, impossible dumplings and steam buns with the flounder. All phenomenal and the service was great too! Definitely would recommend!

    We tried all the dumplings on the menu and we were very impressed they were very delicious. Lychee Margarita was great. Whiskey sour was another favorite. The winning dish of the night were the short ribs they were so tender. Will definitely be coming back.

    From beginning to end, the experience was exceptional. My fiancé and I made had a reservation and were seated promptly upon arriving. We were then greeted by Parker, our server for the evening, who was very friendly and accommodating. His service was awesome and the food was incredible. Truly, one of the best meals I’ve had in Raleigh. As an appetizer, we had the brussel sprouts, which were delicious! As the entree, I had the smoked pork belly bowl and my fiancé had the chicken and ginger wontons. Both, cooked beautifully. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming back!

    Service wasn't super great. Drinks were never refilled and no one came to check if we needed anything after the food was delivered. Food was decent but probably won't go back

    We were supposed to have two tables of 7. People bailed and we ended up with a total of 10 diners. Folks at Mofu were beyond gracious. Accommodated is at one table. Our server, Diamond, was amazing. She handled all 10 (simultaneous) food/drinks orders in her head. Everything came out correct, together, and hot. Food was great. Seriously - order the Brussel sprouts. Great staff. Great food. Great vibe.

    Glad I was able to experience this restaurant. Perfect place for a date night. Options are good for vegetarians and vegans. I had some impossible dishes. The dumplings were chef kiss, however the stir fry with the noodles were rather salty. The service was awesome. Will come again.

    The service, the food, the atmosphere… TEN OUT OF TEN! We started with the beef bulgogi dumplings which were AMAZING! Our one order of this turned into THREE! The entrées came shortly after. Presentation of the dishes were a 10/10! I ordered the sticky short ribs and they were SUPER tender and complimented the mash potatoes well. We followed our dinner up with asian churros at the recommendation of our server. This has been the beat food and service by far this 2023 year! You leave hard shoes to fill, MOFU!

    The food was fantastic! A reservation may not be necessary if you get there when the restaurant opens at noon on a Saturday, but I made one just to be on the safe side. When we arrived, the bartender looked at us as we stood at the door for longer than 10 minutes. Didn’t say hello or anything so I was expecting a bad experience. The wait staff and food were excellent. I’ll definitely be returning. The dumplings were great but the appetizers could definitely make for a great meal!

    Delicious food! We came on a Friday afternoon for lunch and the food was fantastic. The only downside was that there was only one server, who was also the bartender. It was quite busy and she was definitely overwhelmed.

    Wonderful lunch, will head back for dinner with a larger group, and consider take out. We shared dumplings, tacos and brussel sprouts, all were delicious and surprisingly flavorful. Another wonderful find in downtown Raleigh that makes you think you have been transported to somewhere else.

    MoFu is a fantastic restaurant. We’ve eaten there three times now. Every meal was incredible. The staff is super efficient and friendly. Loved our servers. Highly recommend this restaurant. Best dishes in my opinion are the beef pho, Thai basil noodles, the impossible dumplings and the charred asparagus. The lychee margarita is Wonderful.

    The atmosphere is adorable with stained concrete walls and floor accented by gold mirrors, cook books, and rattan lighting. The food is delicious, and the staff is attentive. If I lived in Raleigh I would be a regular here.

    We started our family annual Christmas pub crawl here early December 23 - 5 pm. It was a perfect choice for our party of six. We had members of our group with various dietary preferences, vegetarians, flexitarians and omnivores. There was something for everyone! The service was excellent and the atmosphere was calm but fun. It was my fourth trip to Mofu, and we will all keep coming back.

    I've loved MOFU Shoppe since it opened in this location downtown. I also frequented it during COVID when they sold dumplings for take away. The food is consistently good, and I love the wine list. It's a great intimate place to come with friends, and typically easy to book.

    Oh WOW!!! The dumplings are insanely delicious! We had the pork and the beef and can’t wait to go back for more. I had the fried rice and hubby had the fish tacos and both were excellent. He had the Gin Jam cocktail and we both loved it. I had a really nice glass of Rose. Service was perfect throughout. You have to try these dumplings!!

    Literally always an amazing experience, one of my all time favorite spots in Raleigh and always try to hit it up. Can tell a lot of love and thought goes into the menu here. Highly recommend. Service is always outstanding too!

    Food was very good for price point and deserving of 4 stars. However, major downfall was service. Our poor waitress was running food, and trying to wait on the entire first floor as well as a large group. She was very nice and apologetic when we did speak to her, but was few and far between because she was so busy. Staff was insufficient or not allocated correctly. It took 30+ minutes to get a cocktail and about 1hr+ from when we sat down to when we actually got our small/shareable plates. Again, it was not from a lack of effort, but rather just not enough resources to be timely and provide good service. The speed of ordering and receiving food/drinks really put a damper on what could have been a very good meal.

    Excellent food and cocktails. We were there on a Friday night with a group of 8, and we could still hear each other, as the ambient noise was minimal. Very pleased with this dining experience.
