What a shame. This place has really gone down in the last year. I ordered crab legs and wife ordered twin lobster tails. Legs were advertised 1.5 lbs for 43.00. I received 3 legs with no claws. It was 1 lb at the most. No complaints on the wife's lobster. We ordered the mini shark fin pie to split for desert. We have had this several times before and it was always big enough to share. The waitress brought the pie and it was so small, I don't think we would have gotten 2 bites each for 5.00. I sent it back and was offered nothing else. This place does not care about pleasing the customer. We drive 35 miles to go here but will never again. This is the third bad experience in a year. The manager Carmen is a total waste. She just struts her stuff around like she is someone special. I can't believe corporate keeps her. Total bill with 2 drinks 113.00. Not cheap by any imagination. There's better choices for seafood in Cleveland. Don't spend your hard earned money here.

The hostess did not understand my last name - I have hearing loss. They were very noisy and busy. Our server was Matthew - I still have my receipt.

When I arrived it seemed as if we didn’t have a reservation. We were finally seated and it was nice server was nice.. Ordered my food and the entree itself was cold, so I tell the server, He takes it back. Comes back with warmer sides but not the entree.. it was a bad experience for my first time.. The manager cane over and asked was it better and I told her no.. she offered to take it back but I had this feeling as if my entree would come back out cold still with warmer sides so I declined the offer.. She offered me free dessert but I was so turned off that I didn’t even want that.. I’ll never go back.

It was Valentines Day so it was busy but the food seemed a little dried out and over cooked. Not as good as what I have experienced in the past.

Service was slow even though we were there at an off time. Food was average at best. I’d been at this restaurant in the past and it was good. This experience was way below expectations and I don’t expect I’ll return.

We have had excellent service and poor service at this location. On most recent visit, Friday night, the music was a poor choice and overwhelmed the space...the music should be background not the main feature unless it is live and appeals to the masses. The food is good and the support staff was helpful when the server was lacking.

Overall poor dining experience in the new (er) annex dining area just behind the bar. Poor ambience, fair service and borderline food for a restaurant that is typically great. Like a Completely different restaurant!!

I would highly recommend waiting for a table in the main dining area rather than Eat in this new area. The kitchen Was blamed for the long waits for food and such. I hope that the rest of the restaurant didn’t have as long of a wait for everything If so, the new seating area should not be used until they re-vamp the kitchen to be able to keep up with the new volume.

Size of plates was perfect. To many restaurants give you too much food. You put leftovers in fridge when you get home. Two days later your throwing it away. Good value for your money here.

Went for my birthday with 3 others. Food and drinks were excellent. I appreciated a mini Shark Fin Pie offered for my birthday.
The service, on the other hand, was slow. My wife observed another group, seated after us, getting their drinks first. Also she had to send her soup back as it was barely warm. The waitress was helpful answering our questions.

Lovely setting, terrific food and lots of it. Wonderful service. Calamari were a bit bland, but everything else was excellent.
