One fish was overcooked but quickky remedied with a beautiful piece
We love the quality of the food and Rachel is a fantastic server.
Girls date food was amazing
We ordered grilled snapper that came out as tough as chicken instead of light and flaky, not sure what the problem was. Of course they took it off the bill and the manager was very accommodating. But the dinner salad wasn't good/fresh either. Just expect more for an upscale dining place.
Restaurant was busy between seated diners and pick up but waiter was attentive and pleasant.

Birthday celebration. The food took 45mins to come. The soup was cold and the wedge salad. Literally was a hunk of lettuce with two cherry tomatoes, bacon bites in slinkies in the plate not the lettuce. I asked for ranch dressing received blue cheese. The fish batter was crunchy outside and mushy inside. The cod with shrimp and what said lobster but there wasn't any lobster. The experience was unpleasant and I won't be coming back there.
Service was excellent. Fish could have been hotter like potatoes and vegetables.

The food was excellent and our server was very attentive.
There was a bit of a wait for the food. When it arrived to the table it was cold I returned mine, my companion chose not to. When it was returned it was still not hot but lukewarm. I decided to go ahead and eat since I had waited a while. I requested my medallion Med-well and it was well done. Crab legs were amazing along with service and ambiance.
The fish was horribly cooked.
Great food and Rachel outstanding
First time diners. We went there for New Years Eve Dinner. Our server did a fine job but apparently there were only 2 cooks working. Appetizers took 40 minutes and dinner took about 30 minutes from the time we ordered. I had the blackened salmon that was not seasoned and FAR overcooked. She had the trio which was also not seasoned, the crabcake was painfully small, and the shrimp was undercooked.
I thought Mitchells had a reputation of fine dining. This experience fit right with the rest of 2020.
Excellent food and service. The servers here are always so accommodating. Truly a special place with a wide selection of very fresh seafood.
Both meals were excellent but the calamari was not very good, rubbery. I was impressed with their social distance policy as we were spaced out well from other diners. Overall we had a nice time and would go back!
Food was mediocre at best. Ordered the combo with salmon, shrimp and a crab cake. Salmon was tasteless, shrimp was dried out and crab cake was OK at best. For $33 a dinner, I expected better, especially at Mitchell's. The only thing that saved this from being a one star review is that our waiter was one of the best I've had in years. Overall, a very disappointing and overpriced dinner.

Drinks are measured with scientific accuracy.
They were out of 3 menu items including clam chowder. One of two soups offered, and crab cakes which are listed on the menu served three different ways. Calamari appetizer was under cooked or at least not as crispy as it usually is. Became rubbery as it quickly cooled. One entree was served with the wrong potato but that was an easy fix. It was lunch and they weren’t busy enough to justify “ running out “ of menu staples. Usually much better.
I would probably avoid during the week as they do not get fresh seafood in during the week, only on weekends. They did not have many items that were on the menu. i.e. no clam chowder, no oysters, etc.. I would just avoid a Monday to Wednesday as the shrimp and lobster you can tell were not fresh. Still OK but not the way it should be. There was only 6 people dining during the dinner hour 6:30pm. IF I were them, I would just close from Monday to Wednesday to save money as no one is eating on on those days. Plus, if you can't provide fresh daily seafood because of lack of customers, do not even try as you just lose future customers and get a bad reputation. Just my opinion.
Food was good, service was good, we had a nice time. Our waitress was very nice and attentive!
There were two tables with guests...our food was cold and of poor quality. This place will not be open much longer. The only bright spot was the server...
Had the trio with salmon, grilled shrimp, and crab cakes. The shrimp and salmon were way over cooked and therefore dry and chewy. The crab cakes lacked flavor. We’ve been there pre-COVID and had a good meal but this was disappointing

The food was flavorful and nice size portions. Only thing that was a downer was being seated directly in front of the kitchen doors.

We always enjoy Mitchell’s, and even more so because it was our anniversary and we were able to take advantage of the twin tails for $25. The lobster, asparagus and mashed potatoes were perfectly done and Shelby was a very friendly and competent server. We were only there a little over an hour but nothing felt rushed, it was just perfectly timed. I hope we can go back for more of the specials before the month is over.
Food was so so. Had 2 friends order steak and both were not cooked to their liking. Will not be going back.

The food was excellent and the service was also wonderful! Our server, Rachel, was so friendly and warm. We had such a lovely brunch and we will definitely be returning!
The food sea bass was over cooked and chewy? Sides were cold...manager said she would handle it so chef came out and insisted that it was cooked just fine..So you had to get to the middle of the fish for it to be right..sides were suppose to be warmed up NOT..and absolutely no excuse because there were only a few people there...no parties no nothing..This was 2:00 in the afternoon..We were extremely disappointed...paid our bill and left...
King crab legs were so overcooked they could bend like a wet noodle, I could not crack any of them. Crab meat was tough and overcooked, the pink skin on the outside of the crab actually peeled right off. Fiance got the fish and chips. Fish was very greasy, fish and breading did not have good taste at all, lacked flavor big time. We will not be going back.
The chef left in the middle of us eating and half my party couldn’t order. My God mother food was over salted and just thrown together. This experience ruined my day honestly.
It’s a pandemic so we ate outside on the patio lucky it was a beautiful night. Food was just good just felt it was a bit high priced for just ok. I’ll definitely go back drinks were great again 13.00 per drink. It’s more of a special occasion place.
