Executive chef: Miguel Guerra & Tatiana Mora
From the OpenTable editors: Venezuelan chefs Tatiana Mora and Miguel Guerra earned a MICHELIN Star for their exemplary plant-based menus that you can try in a 14-course tasting or four- and six-course prix-fixes (and an a la carte at the bar). Think creative dishes like watermelon crudo and an arepa sampler with sauces like creamy guasacaca alongside colorful cocktails and wines from South America. Savor it all in an industrial-chic space surrounded by glass windows and with flower garlands draped over the bar. It’s all led to rave reviews, including by The Washington Post food critic Tom Sietsema.
