    I have loved this place in the past, but it’s clear that Chef Shaya has moved on to bigger and better and not boots on the ground anymore. There’s little maintenance things that need done all over the place, bar stools with broken supports, crooked sconces, warn surfaces. The same is true with the food. It used to be incredibly refined, and now it’s just sort of lost its sparkle. As a local, I used to view it as a place going out of my way for. Now I view it as another overpriced hotel lobby restaurant. Better than the average in that class, but in that same class nonetheless.

    Bland chicken, overcooked, needed salt. Overhead the table next to us state the same. Small portions. Server disappeared once meals arrived. Waited for a very long time for the check. Hostess asked about our experience on the way out so we told her. She said management would contact us to discuss and invite us back. Never happened. Overall disappointing.

    I took my children here for the $50 Kids Pizza Making Class. Chef Aleck was simply phenomenal with all the mini-chefs! His sous chef and the wait staff were incredibly helpful and responsive as well. While the kids made their pizzas, my husband and I sat nearby enjoying oysters, blue crab, the maison salad, and sweet potato bread. It was a memorable experience, from top to bottom, for the kids and grown ups alike! I highly recommend this experience if you’re looking for fun, unique things to do with your kids in New Orleans

    We went for brunch and the atmosphere was amazing with the live band but the food is not worth the value. We got the “pro rated brunch” and it was 80.00 for fried chicken/biscuit and an appertizer. The value isn’t there for us, we love the other restaurant in the hotel but it’s just not somewhere we will visit again.

    Delectable meals. Wonderful service. Beautiful atmosphere and art. Highly recommend! Completely unrelated, but the lotion in the ladies room is divine. I’m on the hunt to find out what it is so I can buy it by the gallon!

    We had brunch there on Friday. The service and the ambiance were amazing!! The food not so much. $61.00 for a bland small crab dip, oyster app was maybe a C- Our two entrees were C+. $400 for below average food!! We won’t be back. I guess you’re paying for the name, Four Seasons, which is fine but the food should be top notch!! Worst and most expensive meal of the trip. We ate at Chop house, Brennans, GW Fins. Do better and charge less!!
