Great food. Great views. Horrendous service. Just beware of what you’re getting here. To capture the views, which are truly spectacular, you have to put up with the very very very minimal effort of service here. The manager came over to check on me after I clearly looked irritated (waiting for over 30 minutes just to pay) and offered me 15% off. That was very nice of him. Doesn’t really do much to resolve their staffing issues for future guests. Just a heads up for you.

Made me wait standing outside with a reservation in my hand, like I’m not a human being. I can understand that it can be busy and overwhelming for staff, but you can never challenge or question your guest only cause you can’t manage the place, the girl talking to us was very rude and unprofessional, we didn’t even answer back to her provocations…sometimes from a customer side honesty is more appreciated, I rather to sit and wait 30 mins for a drink than be rejected and ignored like that. No thank you no sorry but you take the service charge without an apology…well done to you

I discovered Miradora by chance as I needed somewhere to go for a drink and a quick bite before the theatre. It is a little gem, hiding up above a slightly dodgy looking hotel, but you exit on the 10th floor to light and space and wonderful views of the city. The prices are good value for the area. A glass of prosecco was £8. I will go again. My only niggle was the music which was loud and thumps. Very techno, more suited to later at night.

The food and atmosphere were wonderful. We loved the view over London! The waitstaff was not attentive and we struggled to get their attention for refills on drinks and crisps. The salsas were all fresh and delicious!

It's just a bit dull. With a few like that, it's a shame the ace doesn't live up to it. That bar can be mistaken for a general canteen. Not much to it apart from a great view. Drinks don't taste great, atmosphere is bland.
