With its unique setting perched atop a waterfall in Simsbury, Connecticut, Millwright’s invites guests to dine in the 17th century mill with acclaimed, James Beard nominated Chef Tyler Anderson and his team. Featuring daily-chosen farm ingredients, the freshest and most select product, proprietary cocktails, and exciting wine menu, Millwright’s offers a new experience to the Farmington Valley farm-to-table dining scene. The culinary team understands the impact of the highest-quality fresh ingredients. Millwright’s kitchen thrives on local ingredients – grown, raised, produced, foraged and prepared – whenever possible. They also take the farm-to-table concept one step further. Millwright’s has partnered with a farm that will grow most of its organic produce.     Chef Tyler Anderson continues to repeatedly bring excellence to the table. With some new dishes on the menu and some subtle variations to favorites; the culinary experience at Millwright's continues to delight my palate!

    Never disappoints.....creative food, smart, attentive and responsive service and the best view in the Farmington value. A go to for us on special occassions, always exceeds our expectations.

    We had a great experience. The restaurant was prepared for our arrive of six. Our server was professional and helpful. Very friendly. The food was awesome. Thank you for the dining experience. This is one of my top five dining experiences. Can’t wait for my next visit.

    The star rating system does not go high enough to truly rate the restaurant. We enjoyed the chefs tasing menu. Each course was a delicious combination of flavors that were beautifully played. Our server Lincoln made us feel very welcomed.

    An amazing Birthday celebration again this year for my mother. From the Happy Birthday wishes and card the hostess gave her to the excellent service provided by our server, Joe, the entire evening was phenomenal. Our favorite table, #13, has a great view of the falls right by the window. Everything was too notch. Such a hidden gem!

    I will long remember that FABULOUS rhubarb cake. while the brunch was a bit "spendy", it was fantastically delicious. The nectarine spritz is a terrific welcome to warmer weather

    Simply the best restaurant in Connecticut. Every detail of every dish had no room for criticism. Chef Tyler and his team are simply amazing and are cooking food that feeds your foodie soul.
