   Been to the Ned multiple times, I think this was the worst service we have received, left with empty plates on our table for at least 10 mins, asked for the bill before they were cleared. Overall it’s great the food and venue is amazing - maybe service was just off that day.

   Singer and band while good were dressed a little casual compared to hotel staff. Afternoon tea was one of if not the best we have had in London. Great advice on matching teas to different parts of the meal. However having said how it was a good idea to change teas the second service of tea was very slow. And while they offered us additional sandwiches they forgot we had vegetarian and brought out the non vegetarian sandwiches which for us wasn't a major issue as one of us isn't vegetarian has merely chosen because they preferred the sandwiches on the veggie tea. Nice touch that we were able to take away our sweet treats as we were too full. Made a nice midnight treat back at our hotel. Highly recommended and would definitely visit again.

   Rude Front of house staff. Disappointment . Waiters and food are great but let down by front of house staff

   Service wasn’t very slick . Had to chase for water several times . One server was very friendly , another didn’t smile once

   We stay at the NEd regularly and are familiar with their restaurants however we ate dinner on good Friday and ordered Plaice which we asked to be de-boned. It arrived whole for which the waitress took it back - when it came back to the table it looked like a tin of cat food for which the waitress poured the (now cold) sauce over it -- we didnt want the sauce we simply wanted a filleted plaice. Jersey royals were rock hard and we returned these. Overall experience was ok and our waitress was great -- unfotunately they are not a seafood restuarant and dont have the capacity to serve fish as you would expect (the standard fish and chips pub style looked great and we should have just opted for that) Moral of the story -- stick to pub grub in Millies if you are going there don't attempt the specials which at £37 without sides was pretty pricey - and not eaten

   Atypical of traditional stoic British hospitality, the Ned’s staff made my daughter feel very welcome for our Afternoon Tea. Was the highlight of our London trip!

   We had an enjoyable visit to Millie's for a colleague's birthday. The food was good and service was excellent. I was particularly impressed with how helpful and knowledgeable the waiting staff were regarding dietary requirements, advising which dishes didn't contain particular allergens and which dishes could be amended slightly to ensure specific allergens were removed. The noise level in the restaurant was pleasant. Would return.

    Cannot complain about the food or the venue But the service was poor as to say they totally forgot our order . After an hour they got our order . The manager could have at least had the decency to come and apologies , but he didn’t !!!
