Millers was a fantastic date night dinner stop. However if you are visiting from out of town do not park on the street because our car was broken into right in public.
Food was just not that good… ordered three dishes and two drinks… nothing was good
Has a very farm to table feel and appeal. Enjoyed our brunch very much
Really cute location and just all around easy place to go for dinner.
Modern, bar/restaurant. PROS: Food very good. Bar tender "Tyler" terrific, excellent drinks & service, friendly, knowledgeable. CONS: Noisy (thumping music, noisy room). Front door wide open and cold. Understaffed, seemed like only one waiter for entire restaurant. Had to wait for table some time despite reservation, so ate at bar for time's sake. Despite this, overall the meal was very good, the bar seating made the experience. Maybe better suited for younger/bar crowd scene.
The Mushroom Bread Pudding is a MUST on your first visit! It could even be considered a "comfort food ". Unbelievably good.
The Miller's House Burger was perfect.
We finished the meal with warm chocolate bread pudding and two huge cups of coffee, so delicious. Our waiter, Arthur, was super friendly and efficient.
Went for brunch and had a good experience. Nothing stuck out as being better than good. The bloody mary was not good....tasted like it had been fixed from a spicy mix. Blueberry coffee cake was worth ordering. Not certain I'd go back again.
Love this place. Cute decor and good food with attentive service. The parmesian biscuits are so tasty.
Excellent burger and very nice personnel . Recommended for relax dinner.
The service and food were great. We had the meatballs, wild mushroom bread pudding and the fried chicken. I would recommend them all.
The best fried chicken just about anywhere. Wonderful mashed potatoes. The mushroom bread pudding is not to be missed. Service is friendly and excellent. Most of the entrees come with a side salad, but the entree salads are pretty great, too. Excellent wine list with great prices.
Everything was amazing! Cannot wait to go back again!
Chose Miller's Rest for a reunion with a friend. We were assisted by Melissa who was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. It was great not to be rushed. We shared plates and all were tasty.
Everything was great! The only reason I have 4 Stars for service is because the bar was really backed up. It took close to 30 minutes to get our first mimosa for brunch. Once I got it though it was really good!
Loved it! Food was delicious!
This was a nice and quaint place to grab a affordable meal in San Francisco at a nice restaurant
Food was not edible, drinks were fine. $60 meal for food we did not eat so not treat value. Burger meat to bun ratio was like 1:4, not very much meat too much bun and really no other toppings. Fries were mushy and not crispy. Broccolini was edible and the only thing we ate.
Local neighborhood place. Friendly and easy, really good food and not pretentious. Highly recommend.
The Miller’s Rest always provides quality food, great ambiance and tasty drinks from the bar. This was not our first visit nor will it be the last. The stand out was definitely the mushroom bread pudding. It was innovative and captured an amazing depth of flavor. The mushroom combination was amazing and I found myself asking why have I never tried this before? Our waiter was fantastic and very attentive. There was an issue with the desert we ordered so we didn’t end up getting it which was disappointing but other than that really great experience yet again.
Such a wonderful night!!
So glad to see one of my favorite restaurants back open and busy on a Wednesday night.
This is a great restaurant, really nicely designed and spacious but with a pleasant buzz. The brunch menu is super interesting with something for everyone, our party basically based tried everything and it was all delicious. We had kids with us and they loved the pancakes, eggs and coffee cake. The service was friendly and quick - we really couldn't have asked for more. We'll definitely be back!
We had a reservation for a large group. The meal was delicious, the service impeccable, and overall had a great experience! I highly recommend!
Excellent cocktails. $7 for margaritas during happy hour. They let me order another one like 3 minutes before the end of happy hour. I ordered the fried chicken and it was well seasoned, perfectly crispy and juicy in the inside. Those mashed potatoes it came with was pure bliss. Mmmmmmm. Highly recommend!
Had a birthday dinner here and the service was amazing.
Stingy! Had to pay $5 extra for my toast…Food was fine but nothing special.
I absolutely loved everything that came out of that kitchen. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and tried a few bites of my partner's pancake dish. It was all creative and delicious! I also enjoyed the atmosphere and overall it was a great place for brunch.
Great food! Great drinks! I esp love their weekend brunch. Had a great local vibe. I'm here almost every week 🥰
I had an amazing Saturday brunch with old friends. Shrimp and Grits and the San Francisco omlette was excellent. Mango Bottomless Mimosas was a great touch.
Great place, we love coming for mimosas and brunch food!
We had a great dinner and enjoyed the experience so much we returned for brunch the next morning. Great food, great prices, great experience!
LOUD! Screaming kids included.
Great neighborhood restaurant with excellent appetizers, dinner and desserts. We had 9 of us and the wait staff was so nice and attentive. One of our guests was vegan and had the following 3 sides, cauliflower, broccolini, mixed greens and was completely satisfied and raved about the seasoning on the veggies. Other guess had pork chops, steak, burger, sea bass and all loved it.
Very good food, great find! Wine Wednesday is 50% off for a bottle!!!
First time at brunch.. will be back! Food and service was great.
Great service. Be sure to visit weekend brunch. Trust me
One of our favorite local places to eat. Food (both dinner and brunch) is always good and the drinks are solid. The people are great too!
Slow service due to understaffing, took forever to get anything. Food was ok. Disapponted
Love this restaurant and great staff
Good for shareable plates, nice date spot
