My wife tried two different soups, both far too salty...so a bit disappointing there considering we dine at Milestones (at different locations) quite a bit. On the plus side, service was wonderful, and staff response (Jasmine our server and the manager) to our problem with food was everything you would hope it to be. So lower rating for food but faith restored by service...we'll be back again!

So, from a business point of view I think the manager dropped the ball. There’s nothing wrong with milestones per se, however, apparently they have been bought out by another business so…the gift card we had would not/could not be honoured. The manager was very cordial in explaining the situation however, I think they could have given us a discount on the meal. And apparently there is only one restaurant left That will honour the gift card. So, that means I wont be recommending this place to friends. I get that this business is hurting however, when you pay over $75 for lunch the least they could have/should have given a percent off.

This restaurant is obviously experiencing staffing challenges as service, when there was any, was not timely. Our server took forever to come and take our orders. Food was delivered in a reasonable time frame, but a request at that time for a glass of wine did not get filled until we had finished eating. It would have been nice to enjoy the wine with dinner. We won't be back anytime soon unless we hear they have sufficient staff.

It is disappointing to learn that you no longer have tofu in the kitchen. You used to be able to substitute that in some of your offerings, which made them accessible to those of us who are plant-based eaters. I think it is a step in the wrong direction, and I urge you to reconsider.

Lovely view of Victoria's harbour. Lots to choose from on the menu and excellent service. If you have trouble with stairs, ask to use the elevator at the back of the restaurant as there are steep stairs to enter the restaurant from the street and then more stairs to get up to the main level. And there is outdoor dining on the lower level - accessible by stairs.

The service was slow and music bass beating so loudly I had to ask them to turn it down. People were shouting at each other and it was packed. Why do servers not go deaf? Sheesh. Makes me think twice about returning.

It was a Friday so understandably busy, but the waitress either had too many tables or just didn’t feel like being attentive. The spinach dip was watery, the pasta was watery and overall the food was not usual Milestones quality. Unfortunately we also felt very squished with five people seated at a small round half-booth table.
