   Slow service - drinks took forever as the bartender disappeared. We received half our drink order at a time with 10 minutes in between (only ordered wine). Dishes were incredibly slow to be cleared during service. Took 20 minutes to receive dessert (no exaggeration). Bill took forever. Serving staff was overwhelmed as only one server for entire floor.

   Service was extremely slow, 20 minutes before our drink orders were taken, 50 minutes for food to be ordered. We opted not to get another round of drinks because of the long wait time. Unfortunate, as we were there to celebrate a birthday and all we could focus on was how hungry we were.

   Took 20 mins to order drinks/food after we were seated. 45 mins to get drinks. My son waited the longest for his drink. The service was poor, slow and it wasn't even busy. A table behind us got their drinks right away and we were still waiting. A bartender put Coffee in my ceaser, how do you mix coffee and worcestershire sauce mixed up? Worst service ever, and will never be back.

   We eat here once in a while the food is always good. The bathrooms are clean. The servers are quick and the wait is usually less than five minutes

   Normally pretty good. However, menu changed and no more Granville island beer. Our favourite appy was the crispy tempura cauliflower which is no longer on the happy hour menu which gives us less reason to go there.
