Originally built in 1881, The Milestone Dubbo is a favourite pub within the local community. After more than 100 years as a mixed-use premises, the magnificent state heritage listed building was fully restored in 2005 and returned to its original purpose as a hotel. They were super busy with two parties but still did an amazing job. Pretty sure they were short staffed but still had amazing service. Definitely coming back again

Had a beautiful meal at the Milestone. Fast and friendly service. Great portion sizes with fresh ingredients. Great value for money. Would highly recommend.

This venue and dining alcove was perfect for our casual gathering of 14 people where a more formal setting was not required.

I requested to book a table for 3 women, so we could have a few drinks and a chat prior to ordering our meal and not feel rushed to leave. We were put in a lovely quiet area where we stayed for 4hrs. It was so lovely, we felt like they really made it nice for us from the moment we arrived. The food was lovely too.

I was so disappointed I had booked a table for 7 people downstairs to be told wen I arrived I could look around for a table that suited nothing was done guy at the bar didn’t care less so we squeezed Into a table upstairs Then was told later by another staff member our table was given away to someone else Then to top it off we ordered 2 chicken Caesar salad’s they came with no chicken so my son and I waited while everyone ate there lunch and then ours came I was taking my parents there to celebrate birthday as we had previously enjoyed but now we won’t be coming back. If someone makes a booking u should honour it Very disappointed

We booked to sit in the Cellar which had great ambience, friendly prompt staff. Cool temperature to help make the Dubbo summer nice. Bistro food though, would have been nice to have a different menu for eating downstairs. Nice to have separate areas to eat feeling a little intimate for the family.

Arrived and was told the grill wasn’t working so couldn’t order steak which is what I wanted. I ordered a chicken parmigiana which took 2 hours and didn’t leave until 10:00pm. The chicken was dry and burnt. Staff very friendly though.

We were shown to our own private room. The walls were made of stone. After ordering our food and drinks we did not have to wait very long before the food was served. The group really enjoyed the food. The presentation and taste was excellent. The lamb shanks in particular was excellent. As we were underground the noise level was low.
