   Waited over 2 hrs for food - had to leave and asked for food to go as kids hadn’t eaten and needed to go to bed. Restaurant also tried to over charge. Other guests were leaving as well - what a terrible Mother’s Day.

   The Mothers' Day buffet was a disappointment. First, I'd anticipated being able to order off the menu (no "buffet only" notice on Open Table). Second, the buffet was rather pricey at $27 per person. Third, the selection was rather limited for the price. And fourth, the quality was not up to Milano standards. My dining partner and I considered leaving when we couldn't order off the menu, but were afraid we'd have trouble with other restaurants on Mothers' Day and we had a time constraint.

   The waiter was awful. He was dull, forgetful and inattentive. The wait was forever and they actually forgot one of the orders, so my mother in law waited forever and then had to wait some more while everyone else ate, ON MOTHER’S DAY! I felt uncomfortable eating in front of her so I didn’t eat either. By the time she got her food mine was cold. They comped her meal as if they were being very gracious. I felt like yelling, “well I should hope we wouldn’t have to pay for her forgotten, mediocre meal! Thanks for screwing up Mother’s Day!”
