Yes probably, but with a few disclaimers. 1. The food is good, but a little over priced. The service is terrible. The restaurant is very loud.
Maybe it was just really busy for Valentine's Day, but it took a really long time for food and drinks to come out. Not the cheapest place either, and the food is just ok.
Great dinner with friends, with excellent service from Kyle. We loved the food, from wings to burgers, to fish tacos and parm fries to the awesome chicken flatbread!
With so many other choices in Bozeman, I would hesitate to recommend Midtown. I can't really understand why they can't get the food and drinks right. First I was informed that they don't have fresh squeezed citrus for the fairly expensive cocktails. I'm sorry, but if you're going to have a "cocktail" menu, squeeze some fresh citrus! And get someone who knows drinks to developed a decent menu. We ordered fried green tomatoes (ok, not my choice to be fair), but they were obviously a frozen product that was about 75% breading around mushy green tomatoes. It seemed that about half of their items are deep fried, and the fish tacos were just lame. Three stars is generous, as far as I know, these folks own several restaurants in town, and they have some good competition. Maybe most of their clientele doesn't care, but I won't be back.
Food and service were great. I wish the atmosphere was a little more hopping but hard to control that
Waitress was great. Food was crazy slow! And not what we ordered but it soo long we didn’t want to wait longer. What they gave us tasted good. Overall was just an okay experience.
Delicious food, awesome servers...what more could you ask for?!!
They were not even open! Turns out they were closed all week and did not bother to change their phone message, website or Open table reservation system. Really unprofessional! We do not recommend this restaurant. No appreciation for the customer,
Food was great - very inventive and tasty. It was a bit noisy and we were surrounded by televisions. I would have preferred a quieter atmosphere.
They no longer carry liquors featured on their specialty drink menu. Similar problem with advertised desserts. Food was good but would not recommend for overall experience.
Excellent service, food prep and varied selection at reasonable prices! Will see them again soon!
Really loved the atmosphere and the people there were so friendly!
We always enjoy our dinners at Midtown, although admittedly order the same thing each time. We met up with some friends and one proclaimed the pork chop the best he’s ever had!
Our party of 4 had good meals with a few minor glitches in getting what we ordered. We had good Mediterranean salads with chicken, good meatballs, and a good salmon special. We would go again.
Food was great and with some different items not found anywhere else. Service was great and friendly. Downfalls are it is kinda noisy and the parking is tough to find.
My wife and i enjoyed every part of Midtown. The food was amazing, our waiter was great and provided the BEST service i have had in awhile. We will definitely be frequenting this establishment quite a bit.
The food and service were both great, but I did not get enough food. I paid 20 something dollars and feel like I received about 13 dollars worth. Again, it was tasty, but I left hungry. Bigger portions would be awesome
Absolutely would recommend Midtown for a nice evening, great food and service and the ability to converse with guests without overwhelming background noise.
The only thing that I was very unimpressed with is that there was a large party on the east side of the restaurant and there were 3 children running all over the restaurant chasing each other and screaming. No one stopped this behavior. Wait staff had to move out of the way several times so these children could run through the restaurant. The amount of food is a bit overpriced as well.
The service was just okay. The waiter seemed distracted because of a large party they were prepping for. It also took a long time to get dessert due to this. We actually paid our bill before we even got our dessert.
Loved the fried green tomatoes and the gluten free pumpkin bites.
Hamburger burnt. Tasted like char. Homemade ketchup not good. Way too sweet.
We were very disappointed with our dining experience. I enjoy trying different food but these choices just didn't have it. Pretty expensive for what we got.
The service was great but we had to send all of our dishes back the first time because the chicken Parmesan pasta special was raw (which we were told before we got it that they were cooking it longer bc there had already been complaints about it being raw) and the crab was over cooked/very dried out.
The food was great but the menu is limited. When we viewed the menu using Open Table the menu looked liked we would find something for everyone in our party....especially the Poutine, a family favorite. Unfortunately, this menu did not match the menu at the Tavern so we were disappointed that the options were limited. Again, food was great, but limited options.
We chose Midtown Tavern for a quiet date night because we heard that it had a mellow ambiance with great service, they were right! We were very pleased with the happy hour specials and recommendations from our server.
A great find for delicious food, great service, reasonable prices, they don’t advertise enough so quieter, parking is good, full bar
It took an hour to get our food...
Biggest fish and chips ever, served with mashed peas...ugh...prices slightly high...clueless waitress
We enjoyed the spacious atmosphere an excellent menu.
The four of us had 3 different items on menu. Rocky Mt. oysters were very good and prepared and served a unique way. Would have them again. Fish tacos was very good and plenty to eat. Can't remember third item.
Medium rare hamburger was raw and cold inside. Fries were good. Fish tacos ok...nothing special. Ketchup too sweet, prefer Heinz
The restaurant is beautiful and very modern. I wasn’t very fond of the menu. I ended up order crab legs which were very good, but that is all you got. No salad or any other side. I felt it was very expensive.
Made reservations for St Patrick’s Day thinking it was going to be super busy like last year when we went just for the corn beef and cabbage . Unfortunately this year they didn’t offer the corn beef Nor the Green beer that we go there for! So we ended up leaving and taking our buisness to the Bay who was serving the corn beef !
Great place to gather! Awesome service. Good drinks.
Great time, great food! Nachos were wonderful and curry wings were too!
Great atmosphere, overall very friendly and professional staff, although our server seemed s bit crabby. Fun and comfortable even with kids, and the game room is awesome. Plus there's parking! Bozeman doesn't have a lot in the way of family friendly restaurants, so finding one with great food is a bonus!
We really appreciated that the chocolate torte was dairy-free (w/out the whip cream). My husband was super happy to be able to have dessert. Thanks to our server for checking on this for us.
Both tines I was there I loved it! The food was awesome. It's a little on the "modern " side but the food makes up for it. I plan on going back.
I appreciated having flexibility in the burger options. I choose the vegetarian burger with the onion ring & horseradish topping. I really enjoyed it.
