We LOVE Midtown Cafe! Perfect choice for our parents' 40th wedding anniversary brunch. It is always a bit noisy and tight in terms of space, but the food and service more than make up for it.

We ate at Midtown Cafe to take advantage of the free shuttle bus to TPAC. We weren't aware there's a minimum spend of $40.00 / person in order to qualify for the shuttle. We all ordered a fish dish, and the grouper, salmon, trout and crab cakes we perfectly prepared. Will definitely go back.

Mid Town Cafe is a perfect place for a business lunch. The food is delicious and consistently good. The vibe of the restaurant is warm and friendly. Long time Nashville natives will recognize the Sunset Caesar from Sunset Grille and other favorites from Randy's previous restaurants. We have the salmon on top of the Sunset Caesar (delicious, perfect) and the Pacific Salad (delicious). I noticed the brunch menu - it looks amazing and may be the next visit.

I had high hopes for the restaurant based on reviews, but honestly it exceeded all of them. Food was amazing. The wait staff gave us great suggestions and she was spot on for all of them. From the starters to the entree and wine, we went with her ideas and nothing disappointed. Highly recommend!

Went to Midtown Cafe for lunch when visiting Nashville Everything we ordered was delicious crab cake, Brussels sprouts, Rueben sandwich and grilled chicken sandwich. Great wine list. And our waitress was cheerful and personable. Be sure to make a reservation

I love to come here whenever I’m in Nashville and this time was no different. I had eggs Benedict and it was delicious. We had mimosas and bloody Mary’s and all were very good. Plus, Tess was the best server we had all weekend. I’ll definitely be back!

Mouth-watering meal. Start to finish it was an elevated experience. The menu enticed us with its variety and descriptions. Drinks and wine list are comprehensive and affordable. We enjoyed mussels, fried green tomatoes, Caesar salad, grilled grouper, shrimp and grits, meat loaf and, of course, the velvety lemon artichoke soup. Ready to try the rest of the menu!

By far the best meal and service I’ve had in the two years I’ve lived in Nashville. Great food, great wine, and our server John was beyond wonderful, giving us phenomenal suggestions and perfectly balancing friendly conversation and giving us our space. My family and I were thrilled.

This was our first trip to Midtown Cafe but will not be our last. Relatively new to the area, we read other reviews and choose this restaurant for Sunday brunch. The menu is a wonderful mix of breakfast favorites plus offerings from their main menu after 10:30. I had the crab cakes with julienned veggies and Gouda grits. Fantastic. Husband had the salmon omelet with the Gouda grits and loved it. Highly recommend this cafe!
