The complementary parking service wasn’t so complementary. I was the third car in line and instead of taking my keys the valet asked if I’d be willing to park myself. Not a problem. Just not complementary. Otherwise, always a great experience.

Met a friend for lunch and had a nice time. I just wish the noise level had been a little lower. Usually this is a great place to have a conversation but we had some difficulty hearing each other.

everything was outstanding! I do not know why more restaurants do not offer the shuttle feature! I will be eating there EVERY time I go to TPAC. Their $30 valet cost has made me stop using TPAC valet! Love MidTown!

First visit to Midtown Cafe in years - what a delightful evening! See Bass with citrus butter was outstanding - the server was experienced and deft, and we took the complementary shuttle downtown to TPAC. Saving $ on downtown parking made the somewhat pricey meal worth it. I highly recommend this gem.

Midtown is fine dining, very reasonably priced. I highly recommend it for business meals or for romance. Also good for groups. Locally sourced food. Owner Randy Rayburn is the dean of Nashville's fine dining. Of all restaurants in Nashville, this is the one to go to for special occasions or just because.

Valentines Day dinner. Truly outstanding food in a place that doesn’t take itself too seriously. They served their regular menu as well as some specials (so many restaurants annoyingly have only very limited menu on V Day). I had the artichoke soup from regular menu—dee-lish, then sea bass with a side of lobster risotto from the specials. Fish was cooked to perfection and the risotto was ambrosial. Rayburn rocks!!!

Midtown Café always has a great selection of entrees creatively prepared. A bonus is the restaurant's commitment to the community by providing transportation to downtown concert events for its customers. Thank you Midtown Café!

Pre Valentine dinner before heading back to California.
The food was amazing. We chose from their Valentine dinner special. My husband had the boneless duck breast which was cooked to perfection and I had the blackened grouper fish fillet. Both meals was paired with a glass of wine. Definitely go back the next time we are in Nashville.

Mike provided excellent service. Everything was top notch - the martinis, the main course, the service, the wine selection. I had the duck with peach glaze - excellent! John had the veal piccata and thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely go again.

I took business partners there Monday night and was so impressed with the food I went back 2 days later.
The lemon artichoke soup, Brussels sprouts and coconut cake were all game changers. The best I have had. Ever.

everything was as expected. Food was great, service was wonderful. Sophie was able to get us on the TPAC shuttle, even though we forgot to call. Midtown is one of our favorite restaurants. Keep up the
good work.
Only thing not good is the rest room situation, need another for the women.

Perfect,as always. I ordered Veal piccata, delicious, as always. My husband had the three types of veal sampler. He was totally satisfied. I’ve tried the trout and the pork in the past and was. Pleased. Oh and the little biscuits are delicious! And how could I forget the Key lime pie?! I can’t wait for our next visit.

This was the best dining experience I’ve had in a while. The food (and wine & bourbon pairings) were to die for, the service (Carlos) was excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy. This restaurant is a 30-year Nashville institution for a reason.

Always a favorite among Nashvillians, Midtown outdid themselves for Restaurant Week. We thought the fixed price menu with four courses would serve smaller portions to align with the reduced price. Not so! Large and delicious! Though the noise level was much louder than usual, I attribute that to a packed house with large groups. Service is impeccable.

Brussel sprouts out of this world. Short ribs melt in your mouth. And lemon artichoke soup so delicious.I'd recommend Midtown any week of the year.
