    Our Tasting Menu is £270 per person. This includes 1 glass of Champagne on arrival and still/sparkling water. A deposit of £135 per person is required to secure the reservation, the balance to be paid on the day. Should you need to cancel, we request you inform us more than 48 hours in advance. As per our T&Cs the refund is processed minus a £20 admin fee. Any cancellation/drop in numbers made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the deposit for those guests being non-refundable. We cater for the following allergies ONLY: nuts, coeliac, raw alcohol & shellfish, which must be stated upon booking.

    Midsummer House is absolutely outstanding for food, service and the staff introduced all the dishes, educated on the champagne and wine. The kitchen tour was awesome and meeting Daniel Clifford was an honour. I strongly recommend Midsummer House for an unforgettable culinary experience.. Regards, David and Zach Robertson

    This was our fourth visit to Midsummer House. We found the dining experience very pleasurable. This was to celebrate our younger daughters 20th birthday and enjoyed the casual atmosphere of the place. We loved all the well curated dishes, the amuse - bouche's were creative, fun and delivered a splendid sensory experience. The following courses were lovely too but the star was the coconut parfait. It is a superb creation and the elements of this complex dessert delivers a punch. A must try before the menu changes! Loved the way the apples were incorporated into the menu too.

    Incredible journey of flavours! Staff incredibly attentive and the food surpassed expectation. Very special evening worthy of spending our 25th Wedding Anniversary.

    In my personal opinion, this place deserves 2.5 stars. Food was exquisite and wine selection was amazing. Definitely worth trying the wine course pairs if the budget allows. Lamb was very tender and nutty, which was my favourite dish. However, considering the price, the tasting menu can definitely add some more meats. I wish the lamb was bigger!

    Everything was great except finding the restaurant. Nearest parking was 10 minutes walk away and if raining would have been a disaster as we would have been soaked before getting to the door. Great experience but finding the venue and parking mean we would not go again

    We had an amazing experience here. The food was outstanding. Great wine list and advice re pairings. Looked after beautifully by the front of house staff. Attention to detail in the food and presentation meant the tasting menu was incredibly well balanced. Just a delight form start to finish!
