Portions were small for the price. I feel like the chef or kitchen recently changed. Some items definitely were not what you think when you got them vs description.

The food and service was very good. The only thing I’d ask midlothian chef’s kitchen to change is the inability for the customers to order the appetizers separate from the entree’s. We enjoy eating our appetizers without having the entrees served before the appetizers are removed from the table. We will eat here again and look forward to it.

Excellent variety of food, although they were out of two of the five entrees we requested. The food we ultimately selected was very good. The menu is pricey but suited our occasion, which was to help my wife and daughters celebrate Mothers Day.

The food and the service was both excellent. I had put down on the reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary and the hostess and the waiter were both aware and wished us a happy anniversary. They also gave us a complimentary glass of champagne which was very special. This our special event go to Resteraunt!

Everything was great right up until dessert. It’s not their strong suit. But our server was amazing. The entire team really pulls together to make every experience there wonderful. Steak and salmon tartare were fantastic and the Chicken Breast with tortellini and the Compagna pasta were delicious.

The waitstaff was most helpful to a member of our party who had an allergy. They were able to come to an alternative side with her entree. Of the 4 in our group, we got 3 different dishes and all were delicious.

We arrived at six, great server! Kitchen was tremendously slow. For a prix fixe menu, it was a 2 hour dinner. Too long, and will not be back for specialty dinner.
