   Food was excellent! We stumbled upon this gem by accident. It was quiet spot in a very busy and loud casino town, so we took the opportunity to eat at the bar and learn about the hotel history from Mark, the bartender. We'll be back!

   We love this place. Only open on Friday and Saturday evenings. Historic location and unique.

   Where do I even begin!!! Everything was delicious, we started with the caprese salad. The buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, and balsamic glaze was delightful. The cheese bread is a must!!!! For our entrees I had spaghetti and meat sauce, the meat sauce was full of flavor. My Husband had the pasta primavera, the only complaint was his sauce was really runny, but still full of flavor. The spumoni was awesome. This place was a real treat!!!

   The food was very good, prices maybe a little high. Dining room was beautiful, but the service was awful. We had to ask for our bread 3 times, and we had almost finished our meal by the time it was brought to us. And then before we were finished eating, our waitress came over with her tablet and said she needed to cash us out because she had to go home. No explanation, don't know if she was ill or what. For the first time in as long as I can remember, we did not leave a tip.

   Service really slow, took over 1 1/2 hours to serve 4 people. Also was my daughter's birthday and had stated on Open Table, it took so long to get the meal we didn't even bother asking for desert, nor did the waitress even ask. The place is super cute, but I would not go back

   We were especially pleased that we were asked if we were celebrating an anniversary. Hence we would say it is LGBT friendly!

   This historic hotel, bar and restaurant in Cripple Creek is a great weekend get-away. The staff was friendly and the service was good. The food was excellent with great portions. We aren't wine drinkers, but they seemed to have a well stocked wine selection.

    Enjoyed dinner with friends on a Saturday evening following a recommendation to "give it a try". We're definitely glad we did. Food was very good. Will be going back for sure and have already recommended it to others. Only minor negative was that our waitress seemed new to her job as she forgot a couple of items and had a bit of difficulty with the bill. No biggie from our point of view, but might turn some folks off.
