   Food took long and the menu is limited after 9. Doesn’t say that online. Asked for a water and had to go to the bar to get one. 18% gratuity is included but the server only dropped off the credit card slip so u wouldn’t really know if u don’t pay attention that gratuity is included already. Had to ask for an itemized copy of the receipt. Food wasn’t that great but the drinks were good.

   Had a reservation for 10 people at 6:00pm. When we arrived there was no hostess, etc, so I went to the bar. Bartender said, “we don’t have access to OpenTable reservations anymore.” Um… then why was I able to make one? They also don’t have servers until 7pm, so our party of 10 ordered our food at the bar. All very annoying!

   Had my birthday gathering for 10 and everything was great! Rsvp was at 7 so by 11 the crowd was coming heavy and we had our fun already!

   A friend and I made a reservation for 8 on a Saturday for dinner and drinks. When we got there, there were no hosts or hostesses in sight, and we could barely even find a staff member to help us. Finally someone told us we could “sit wherever” (there was no where to sit except outside with wet seats from the rain and no actual tables). We finally ordered drinks and food at the bar and found a small table inside, they said they’d come find us when our food was ready. I ended up having to go back up to the bar to ask about our food and let them know where we were sitting. The environment was more club-y than we expected and not really a place for dinner, as the waiters were scattered and not very attentive. Drinks were pretty good and decently priced, but I would not go back again.

   The food was very poor quality, especially for what was charged, but staff was friendly.

   The ambience was very nice but from the moment we walked in the Host, server or whatever role he was participating was very arrogant. Someone burnt chicken and the fire alarm went off and fire department had to come in to assist. We had a couple of flights that where not worth the $40 up-charge for a different liquor. The food wasn’t good at all, we ordered wings and I asked to have them well done after twice of nothing resolving the issue. We canceled that item and order nachos, meatball sandwich which we left on the table uneaten. $160 wasn’t worth the visit coming from another state but the restaurant itself is nice and ambience was beautiful….

    We showed up and everyone just looked at us. Finally someone said we could just sit wherever and after ten mins someone came and brought menus and said they would be back with water and to get our drinks and 15 mins later no one showed up so we left. It’s a ver neat place but not organized well at all.
