你好, welcome to the Mandarin!

Established in 1961, this traditional and authentic Cantonese restaurant in Blackpool town centre has been extending a warm oriental welcome to customers for 64 years!

Choose from a mouth-watering selection of delicious dishes including Mrs Wan’s dumplings, made from her own recipe, Szechuan chilli beef, Nasi Goreng and oriental fruit salad with lychee. We are very proud that every dish and every sauce is made in house, because we care about our food.


The belief that every meal shared should be special is why this restaurant takes time to carefully select and prepare the freshest Chinese dishes, adding just three extra ingredients - quality, experience and time.

Our core belief is that we are a local restaurant, open year round for local residents and visitors to the resort alike. We"ve worked for many years with our local suppliers to continue to bring you the best experience of Chinese food in Blackpool.

    Food and device both excellent, but it is on the pricey side. £22 for quarter duck is pushy.

    Excellent service, food and made very welcome and help me celebrate my mum's birthday and her retirement as well as celebrate my parents anniversary. I have recommended this restaurant to friends and family and will continue too. I also plan to try their sister restaurant the Wok Inn

    4 of us went to the Mandarin Blackpool and on arrival was taken to our pre booked table, quickly asked what we would like to drink 10 minutes later we were asked if we were ready to order. Excellent service from the start, 4 of us shared the mixed starters and when it arrived would probably have served 6! Again excellent value. We ordered 4 individual mains which again were excellent. Hot towels were provided throughout the meal to cleanse our sticky fingers. It wasn’t a cheap meal but for everything we ordered including 2 bottles of wine, plus 2 large beers, excellent and more than enough food the price was really good will be going again very soon.

    Michael Wan's Mandarin is a restaurant where you are guaranteed a warm welcome, impeccable service and outstanding cuisine. We always book a table at Mandarin whenever we visit Blackpool and will continue to do so. Always a perfect dining experience and would highly recommend.

    Our favourite Chinese in Blackpool. We tend to visit twice or three times a year for our annual spring/summer/winter break. Yesterday was a very sad day, my partner of 25 years died four weeks ago and it was our wedding day yesterday. So instead of moping at home we jumped into our car and travelled 2 hours to our favourite place!! Myself and our three kids!! You did not disappoint at all, service was amazing as usual!! Food was outstanding!! Well worth the visit!!
