MICHAEL MINA Bellagio

I'm a big foodie and so we of course went with the Signature Chef Tasting menu. When the waiter said that the courses get progressively better, he was not kidding. The amuse bouche was probably the worse thing, and that wasn't all that bad. The beet and bean "one bite" was more like a couple nibbles. It was relatively bland as well. I was comparing this tasting menu with other restaurants, and by far, you get the most value out of this one. I would say that the wine pairings were not that great, but like the food, the pairings themselves got better with each course. The least liked was a the Grey Goose vodka served with the caviar. One would think oh, vodka, Russian, caviar, Russian, great together. Not so. The alcohol was too strong for the delicate caviar...and I LOVE Grey Goose vodka. All in all, great experience and delicious food.
Waitstaff very knowledgeable both food and wine.
Fine food and exceptional service
Michael Mina Bellagio provided us with an incredible experience from beginning to end. We arrived a little early and were given the option of sitting at the bar to wait for a "better" table or to be sat immediately. We opted for the readily available table, which may have meant sacrificing some ambiance but didn't negatively affect our experience at all.
The service was over the top. A team of people took care of our every want while our server provided absolutely flawless service and wine suggestions.
One member of our party went with the available seasonal tasting menu, one had the classic tasting menu, while the two others opted for the lobster pot pie. Every single item was absolutely delicious! We were also treated to a cauliflower soup, compliments of the chef. I didn't expect to like it, but it too was incredible.
The two of us who had the pot pies declined desert, but again the chef treated us to a sample of their offerings. Of course, the deserts were also decadent.
I can't say enough positive things about the meal, the service, or our overall experience at this restaurant. Absolutely top notch.
Everything was perfection. Every bite. ❤️
Can't say enough superlatives about Michael Mina, especially the service. We were able to get a same day reservation and, upon arrival, they accommodated all of our requests for vegetarian dishes for two of our party members and other specific alterations to the menu, including family style dining and our tight timeframe to get to our show at 9:00pm. Virtually all of the food was excellent; definitely add the filet mignon turf to your surf and the chocolate dessert was one of my favorite desserts ever - and I've had many. The only wrinkle was with the lobster pot pie, where the lobster did not stay in whole pieces when picked - but that's to be expected on occasion when dealing with fresh preparation (the rest of the pot pie was terrific). The server informed the manager, who promptly came over to address the situation and took care of it for us; even problems are no sweat for this crew. Thanks so much to them for one of my favorite dining experiences in Vegas!
Service and food both excellent
Food was exceptional. Service was terrible.
We celebrated our anniversary at Michael Mina, and we truly enjoyed our experience. We had the tasting menu and the shellfish. Everything was amazing. I did get very full and couldn’t finish the last courses. The staff were so attentive, warm, and friendly.
Absolutely amazing dinner. Highly recommended!
Excellent from the time we entered until we left. Food and service was impeccable!
Michael Mina's in the Bellagio is an absolutely fantastic restaurant!!!! ALL the food is amazingly delicious and the customer service is top of the line as well. Jake, the restaurant manager, went way out of his way to help me with a special request and he was so patient and kind. Eating at Michael Mina's is a wonderful experience for a long evening meal.
Absolutely incredible experience and delicious fare.
Great food and even better service, especially from Paul and the staff.
Birthday celebration ! Since we come in till during our dinner and at the end , everything s wonderful
Service was excellent and each course of the tasting menu was described perfectly.
Wonderful experience. Seasonal tasting menu was great!
We celebrated our engagement and could not have been happier with the experience.
Great meal. Very expensive. These chain restaurants of famous chefs are often very good, as was this. However, they can’t quite approach the excellence of an establishment where the chef that made it famous is still in the kitchen.
Great! The service was superb.
The service was great. The restaurant beautiful. It was packed and a bit noisy, food delicious but expensive
We've come back here again and again. It's always worth the expense - flawless service, perfectly cooked and always interesting food, and a warm, pleasing ambience. Highly recommended!
Mina’s is still one of my overall favs! They even offered a vegetarian tasting menu for one of our guests. Everything was absolutely amazing!
Excellent food, great atmosphere, and amazing service! We will definitely be back! So many great items on the menu left to try!
Although it wasn’t as outstanding as the first time we were there I am very glad we went. Everyone ordered something different snd it was all delicious.
Went for the chef's tasting menu. Simply one of the best meals I have ever had the privilege of enjoying. Food, ambiance, service, everything is simply top notch.
Everything was absolutely amazing
While the tasting menu allows you to try many of Michael Mina's best dishes, some, because of the smaller portions, just are not quite as good as the full portion. I suggest ordering from the main menu and get the full portion, especially if you want the lobster pot pie.
Michael Mina’s was amazing! The food was divine! The drinks were amazing! The atmosphere and service were superb! We’ll be back for sure!
We are big fans of Chef Michael Mina so we were so happy to finally dine at his flagship in Las Vegas. Service was exceptional and the tasting menus were flavorful and delicious. That flat bread and dips are a great way to start off dinner just be careful you don’t eat too much. I did the seasonal tasting menu and My Husband❤️ did the traditional tasting menu love that they let you do either. Definitely recommend.
Beautiful presentation, friendly, knowledgeable staff
Loved the tasting menu. So fun!!
Great food and service. Wait staff were friendly and helpful
Everything was wonderful. Service was outstanding and food was exactly what we were looking to experience. Definitely have the Lobster Pot Pie!
Had a little get away with my younger sister in Vegas for the weekend, and decided to try it out. I have been wanting to try this restaurant out for a long time. The service and food was amazing. We did the tasting menu with the add on caviar. I thought that the tastings servings would be smaller then what we received. Yay for us!! A must try for any foodie out there. They delivered each course with plenty of time to enjoy each morsel. Will definitely be back.
Way to cold
Food took way too long
Food came out cold
I am very disappointed about this restaurant. We were there and I ordered fish and vegetable and my husband ordered the tasting menu. My fish was salty and dry and the vegetable was terrible . My husband’s food was good. The bill came to almost 500. So overpriced and the food was not good. We will not go back and we don’t recommend it. In fact, we have tried at least 20 or more high end restaurants in Vegas. This is the worst .
Excellent exceptional perfect
Impecable Food and Service.
Enormous portions. Who complains about getting more for their money?!? Well, when you are served unreasonable amounts of food in a ‘tasting menu’ preparation, it’s obscene and wasteful. We felt so badly about wasting the food that we forced ourselves to eat more than we should have (still couldn’t clear our plates) and ended up not having any room for the last two courses. Sorry to say the signature lobster pot pie was not that great. There were big chunks, (too big to eat and too hard to cut in the pot) of lobster but it was WAY over cooked and rubbery. There was a long time between courses and after a while, the chairs felt really hard. Staff was mostly professional (some real green team members on board), but definitely stressed out. It’s a shame this place is in a hotel in Las Vegas because it would be much better in a nicer city with the clientele who would appreciate it if they focused more on quality rather than on quantity. Less is more, people!
