Went for the chef's tasting menu. Simply one of the best meals I have ever had the privilege of enjoying. Food, ambiance, service, everything is simply top notch.
Everything was absolutely amazing
While the tasting menu allows you to try many of Michael Mina's best dishes, some, because of the smaller portions, just are not quite as good as the full portion. I suggest ordering from the main menu and get the full portion, especially if you want the lobster pot pie.
Michael Mina’s was amazing! The food was divine! The drinks were amazing! The atmosphere and service were superb! We’ll be back for sure!
Beautiful presentation, friendly, knowledgeable staff
Loved the tasting menu. So fun!!
Great food and service. Wait staff were friendly and helpful
Everything was wonderful. Service was outstanding and food was exactly what we were looking to experience. Definitely have the Lobster Pot Pie!
Had a little get away with my younger sister in Vegas for the weekend, and decided to try it out. I have been wanting to try this restaurant out for a long time. The service and food was amazing. We did the tasting menu with the add on caviar. I thought that the tastings servings would be smaller then what we received. Yay for us!! A must try for any foodie out there. They delivered each course with plenty of time to enjoy each morsel. Will definitely be back.
Way to cold
Food took way too long
Food came out cold
I am very disappointed about this restaurant. We were there and I ordered fish and vegetable and my husband ordered the tasting menu. My fish was salty and dry and the vegetable was terrible . My husband’s food was good. The bill came to almost 500. So overpriced and the food was not good. We will not go back and we don’t recommend it. In fact, we have tried at least 20 or more high end restaurants in Vegas. This is the worst .
Excellent exceptional perfect
Impecable Food and Service.
Enormous portions. Who complains about getting more for their money?!? Well, when you are served unreasonable amounts of food in a ‘tasting menu’ preparation, it’s obscene and wasteful. We felt so badly about wasting the food that we forced ourselves to eat more than we should have (still couldn’t clear our plates) and ended up not having any room for the last two courses. Sorry to say the signature lobster pot pie was not that great. There were big chunks, (too big to eat and too hard to cut in the pot) of lobster but it was WAY over cooked and rubbery. There was a long time between courses and after a while, the chairs felt really hard. Staff was mostly professional (some real green team members on board), but definitely stressed out. It’s a shame this place is in a hotel in Las Vegas because it would be much better in a nicer city with the clientele who would appreciate it if they focused more on quality rather than on quantity. Less is more, people!
Celebrated our anniversary here. Service was top notch. We were sat next to a few other couples celebrating wedding anniversaries and we ended up chatting until the restaurant closed. Great night with good food and good company. We split both tasting menus I preferred the Signature Tasting Menu but both were good.
Great for a special night out. The ambience at the feature garden part of Bellagio is part of the experience, Michael Mina fits in seamlessly with an intimate, yet lively room, great seafood and great service. Clear some space on your credit card and go for it!
I had the signature tasting menu prior to going to the Cirque de Sole "O" Show on a Thursday night and what can I say that has not been said before- the entire eating experience was top notch and even though I am not a big fan of caviler you must go for the caviler add-on as it was fantastic. Signature menu starts with fresh pita and hummus with three spreadable options followed by the optional caviler (included a shot of Gray Goose vodka --not listed on the menu). The surprising start of the signature tasting menu was the tuna tartare constructed tableside. The sole was sold and the lobster pot pie was very filling by then I was running out of room but then the prime rib and foie gras came out and that was almost too much but I downed that and then the chocolate dessert came - excellent with coffee to end the grad meal fest. Very romantic and servicer was as expected from Michael Mina. I can't wait to go back!
The service here is great and I love the ambiance of the restaurant. The portions seem to be quite larger than most upscale restaurants. This visit was a bit disappointing however, as the steak was very salty. I could see the sea salt that was topped off on the already salted steak and it was actually difficult to eat even after I scraped off the au jus that was on it. Other than that, the swordfish was very good and a good size portion with a very tasty sauce. Also, in a restaurant such as this, I would expect a higher grade coffee. It was just okay. But overall I do like this restaurant and the food does not usually disappoint.
Everything was amazing . Not only was the food delicious and the staff too notch, the presentations were beautiful.
The receptionist was very rude for not giving me a seat I wanted saying it is for 4 people but later seated two people only. Waiters inside was excellent and professional. Food was below average .All the dishes look beautiful but taste ordinary.（I ordered Signature Tasting menu)
This was just an outstanding experience! We had the tasting menu and wine pairing and it was truly perfect!
Went to Vegas for a birthday weekend with friends, we were a party of 6 on a Saturday evening. We were greeted immediately and asked for our drink order which was great. Not sure what happened but after that we sat for about 30 minutes with our menus and no other contact, no bread served etc. My husband politely walked to the hostess stand and requested to speak to the manager and let him know we had been waiting for awhile. From this point on, service was spectacular! 4 people immediately arrived at our table to refill water, serve bread, take our orders, ask if we were good etc. This amazing service lasted the rest of the entire night and was greatly appreciated. Food was amazing, good portions, served hot. Birthday dessert was yummy and they even served dessert to the entire table as well as after dinner drinks. Prices were as expected for this type of restaurant. Would def recommend!!
I am a big fan of Michael Mina since his Aqua days in SF, but sadly I have had much better food experiences here on past occasions. The service was very good and to their credit they tried to make things right. To begin we had caviar which was beautifully presented and delish. Our appetizers were great. Main courses were a big let down - the lobster pot pie is deconstructed and is more like lobster soup over a pastry lid. So soggy pastry and the lobster was unfortunately very overcooked and chewy. I am pretty certain the menu said there was truffle and there was absolutely no aroma of truffle. We did complain after only eating a couple of bites and they took it off the bill. They offered to bring a lobster to replace and that was also very chewy and inedible (we wondered if they rinsed off the one from the pie and warmed it up). We also had the sole which was overcooked also and we only ate a small amount. Finally, while it is in a casino they do say no athletic wear etc. and we were surrounded by loud guys in cheap t shirts and tennis shoes. It spoiled the ambiance of what is supposed to be a fine dining experience.
Everything was perfect!
Did not live up to expectations
Wine pairing with tasting menu was not great, but food, presentation, and service were excellent. There was a lack of social distancing.
Amazing meal and super-attentive service. The Signature Tasting menu was superb with standouts being the Tartare and especially the Sole which instantly vaulted into my all-time top 5 dishes ever. I had the tasting menu at Picasso right before the.pandemic also at the Bellagio and thoroughly enjoyed that experience, but I’d actually give Michael Mina the nod. I’ve dined at other Mina restaurants and this one was clearly my favorite.
Great food. Amazing staff. Wonderful ambience. Definitely will return and recommend to others. The Tuna tartar was so delicious.
Almost a perfect meal. Almost perfect.
Amazing food & great attention to detail. Highly recommend the tasting menu.
Such a professional and inviting atmosphere.
Amazing restaurant and delicious food.
AMAZING!! Food was to die for
Living dinning room, great wait staff, very nice menu. We shared four appetizers all of which were delicious.
Celebrated my husband’s 65th birthday. We all had a fantastic experience; superb service from the moment you enter until the minute you depart. The food was excellent!
My second time having dinner at Michael Mina”s. The food and service was excellent. We had the steamed Halibut purred potatoes, mushrooms, prawns for appetizer. Capped off dinner with a birthday cake.
Espectacular. Nos personalizaron el maridaje del menú degustación a ciertas preferencias personales, me pareció un buen detalle. Cada plato fue sobresaliente y muy balanceado.
The food was amazing! The best meal I had in Las Vegas!
ALWAYS AMAZING FOOD AND ORESENTATION!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE LIKE USUAL
Amazing experience … wine perfect,
