Absolute great experience there! Everything was excellent! My steak did come out undercooked but manager immediately came by to check on our table and he took care of it right away. Absolutely no complaints about anything! Service was great! We will visit again next time we're in Chicago!

This is a great restaurant! The service received was second to none! My only issue was the noise level. There was music overhead and someone playing piano downstairs and it sounded like mass confusion!!! The hostesses were nice and graceful. Our waitress was phenomenal and had a great since of humor!! Will definitely come back.

Service was exceptional. The KC strip steak was done perfectly. Celebrated my daughter's birthday here. The garlic bread with the blue cheese fondue is a must. The jumpman cocktail was also a had to have. Nick was a very professional server. Will definitely be returning.

Everything was perfect. We can enjoy very tasty steak and Mac&Cheese. I left one thing which is 23 layers chocolate cake. I will come back next year to do it.

The restaurant is beautiful and the service is over the top. My only suggestions would be is to add more lightening for photos. All of my pictures came out extremely dark.

Our server Anthony was amazing! Super personable, knowledgeable and funny. The table we were seated at was under a very bright light. While the rest of the space looked dim and romantic, we felt like we had a spotlight on us. Otherwise the food was incredible, the drinks were tasty and we really enjoyed ourselves! :)

This is our second time eating at Jordan’s. Both times have been excellent. My husband always gets the 10oz Filet cooked medium and it is cooked to perfection. I ordered the macaroni and cheese and it is my absolute favorite I’ve ever eaten. Our server was attentive but not too intrusive. Our cocktails were absolutely amazing. 10/10 would recommend. For reference we have been to many high need steak house in Chicago and all over the US and this is tops.

On the evening we were there, not sure if the venue was a restaurant or a catwalk/photo opportunity, for the clientele. It just felt very wrong… and spoilt our experience. Food and service was upto expectation, however.

Unfortunately the food took a loonnnggg time to come out. The food was good once it came. We had scallops with butternut risotto. The portion sizes were plentiful. Our waiter was good but did not offer any drinks/appetizers to compensate for the long wait. We asked him for a free appetizer and he complied. It should have been the other way around. Disappointing.

There small issues that could improve, waited a long time for a glass of wine, and the dessert (not much people in the restaurant) Also the bill was waiting, and we had to ask for refill of water. The food was good, but for those prices, the rest have to follow.

Came here for an anniversary. The service was exceptional. The steak could have had more sauce. The sides were not good at all. We have the Mac and cheese and mushrooms. The desert cheesecake was frozen, had a bad taste. The cheese cheese seemed like it was fronze and then unfrozen. Didn’t have a good taste. I wouldn’t come back here again. We spent almost $300. For such a big name MJ it was a disappointment. Would not come back here.

We celebrated our 24th anniversary at the restaurant and was a little disappointed when our 23 layer cake came out missing the Happy Anniversary on the plate. With the price of our meal you would think they would have paid more attention to detail. It ruined my night.
