   My family and I dined here and we remembered why we loved it so much from our past visits. Each time we come to HH we visit Michael Anthony’s and every time it continues to deliver. The staff is amazing. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and always top notch. We had the best meal of our trip and cannot wait to return. Thank you again for an unforgettable dining experience. Both of my girls had the chicken Parmesan. My husband went with the server’s recommendation of veal scarpariello and I had the caprese salad and then the cannelloni. All magnificent and all devoured. Thank you for an outstanding experience!

   Each and every time we vacation on Hilton Head, it is a must for us to dine at Michael Anthony’s. We know that our entire dining experience will be superb as it was last night. Thank you so much!!

   The food has been really top notch here. This time the lasagna was mostly hamburger meat, very little marinara sauce and did not really seem like lasagna. When the site realized that my wife didn’t like it they did comp her meal, although she did not complain. Kudos for the MA’s manager noticing. My fish special was tile fish which was slightly undercooked, with the skin on and it smelled and tasted “fishy”. It was on a bed of watery mashed potatoes. I ate the fish although it was not very good. They did comp us lemoncello which is delicious. The service was very good. All in all this trip was a little disappointing.

   This is our first trip to Hilton Head . Out of our 5 dinner nights , we chose 2 nights at Michael Anthony’s . Both nights , the food and level of service were beyond exceptional . We have travelled extensively and have been to many Italian restaurants- this is one of the best . Tonight, we witnessed a very unruly customer who was verbally abusive to the female manager . She handled the moment with the utmost of poise , patience , and class . I would highly recommend visiting this fantastic restaurant anytime you visit this area .

   Outstanding food, service and personal touches! Gold standard on how a team works. Hunter, Suzanne, and Sean made us feel right at home in their Cucina! Well done and we will definitely be back!

    One of the top restaurants on the island. Excellent food and service. Beef osobuco was a special and was outstanding. My wife had tagliatelle, her regular choice.
