   This is our first trip to Hilton Head . Out of our 5 dinner nights , we chose 2 nights at Michael Anthony’s . Both nights , the food and level of service were beyond exceptional . We have travelled extensively and have been to many Italian restaurants- this is one of the best . Tonight, we witnessed a very unruly customer who was verbally abusive to the female manager . She handled the moment with the utmost of poise , patience , and class . I would highly recommend visiting this fantastic restaurant anytime you visit this area .

   Outstanding food, service and personal touches! Gold standard on how a team works. Hunter, Suzanne, and Sean made us feel right at home in their Cucina! Well done and we will definitely be back!

   One of the top restaurants on the island. Excellent food and service. Beef osobuco was a special and was outstanding. My wife had tagliatelle, her regular choice.

   The service was good. I ordered the shells & sausage. I was barely able to eat it. It was SO spicy/hot. When the waiter picked up my plate with almost half the entree still there, I mentioned how hot it was. He said, “oh, we could have dialed down the red peppers”. I think it would have been wise of him to say when ordering, “That dish is very spicy, would you like it less spicy?” My dining partner ordered the shrimp & scallop risotto & was very pleased.

   We were celebrating an anniversary and were treated to a table beside the chef cooking for a group and given champagne. The chef offered us small bites of his creations. The meal and service were great

   My husband and I really enjoyed our dinner here! The food was excellent and the service was superb. I highly recommend eating here if you are in Hilton Head! We will be back!

   Celebrated my husband’s birthday! The champagne toast was lovely as well as the dessert to celebrate him. The antipasto was absolutely delicious! We got a small one. We could split a large and call it dinner. Bread was good, but recommend individual cups of the dipping sauce. I had the lamb and it was great! I ordered medium, but came more medium rare. Fortunately, I didn’t care! It was fabulous! The Parmesan risotto was delicious. I opted for risotto instead of the quinoa. That was a great swap! My husband had chicken Parmesan. He found the chicken very dry. It needed some sauce one top. The vodka spaghetti was okay at best. We will definitely go back, but just a large antipasto and a glass of wine. Maybe split a lamb dinner. We sat upstairs and it’s much quieter than downstairs!

    We have been coming to the island for 35 years and never fail to come back to this restaurant. Always outstanding!
