Since 2004, they've used their knowledge of traditional recipes to build Mi Ranchito into the popular eatery it has become. Although all the appetizers at Mi Ranchito are good, the border nachos should definitely be tried at least once. Corn tortilla chips are served under a tower of ground beef, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, epsinaca dip, refried beans, pico de gallo and jalapenos. For your main course, you can't go wrong with any of the tacos or quesadillas.
