About this restaurant

Mi Ranchito was first opened by Rulber and Armando Dela Torre. While they were raised on a small hacienda in Mexico, they eventually immigrated to the United States where they opened Mi Ranchito in 2004. It has enjoyed tremendous success both with residents and local food publications, as it has been named "Best Mexican Food in Kansas City" by a number of outlets.Mi Ranchito's menu is built around the Mexican cuisine that Rulber and Armando enjoyed growing up. The kitchen offers several starters, such as chile con queso and a signature shrimp avocado quesadilla topped with Monterey Jack cheese and served with pico de gallo and sour cream. For those trying to eat a little lighter, Mi Ranchito has a mango chicken salad with grilled chicken, roasted corn & black bean salsa, jack cheese, strawberries, avocado and, of course, mango.
