   Enjoyed the atmosphere at Mexquite. It’s a nice place to meet for a more formal Mexican restaurant. The food wasn’t anything special, but it worked for the occasion.

   Took my wife here for Valentine's Day. She loved the food and I was very impressed with the customer service along with the food.

   Good food, great drinks and XLNT service make this place a local, and lively favorite. Try the blood orange or pomegranate margaritas for something diff.

   This restaurant used to rock. In my opinion the food is only average at best anymore. The carnitas that I ordered were dry (over cooked) and had no flavor. The wife's shrimp enchiladas were just a smidgen better. I expected more from them at their prices. Left me with heartburn that night and halfway through next day. Think it was the salsa. I'll try again but not for awhile.

   The owner does a great job representing true taste and authenticity. His staff was responsive and the food was fantastic. Great, freshly prepared, chips and salsa!

   The tortilla soup is one of my favorites. Never disappoints. They have several entree options for everyone to choose from and the portions are very generous.

   What an amazing place tucked behind the Raley’s near Folsom Dam. We loved the combo platter, kid’s quesadillas and salad. One of the best Mexican spots around and 10x better that Casa chain.

   Our favorite place for Sunday Breakfast - Juevos Devorciados. The serving staff are wonderful. Fresh squeezed orange juice is awesome.
