Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Peter Merriman Chef/Restauranteur has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods.

Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. Although we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room, we do have other options available. Please email reservations@merrimanshawaii.com for groups larger than 8 people.

For a more casual dining experience, join us at The Point, our oceanside dining location offering a casual menu. The Point opens daily at 4pm, weather depending. Reservations are not needed or accepted for The Point. Happy Hour is from 4pm to 530pm at the Point and Bar.

    This is the most beautiful location with great food and service. The Mai Tai with Lilikoi foam is a must. We come here each time we visit Maui and we are never disappointed.

    Our overall experience exceeded our expectations. The ambience was perfect. Our server Tiffany was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better location to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary while in Maui. Definitely recommend to anyone.

    We ate here to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary while visiting Maui. The staff went out of their way to reserve a table for us on short notice. The food was excellent and service was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed a complimentary dessert and appreciated the extra effort the staff put forth to make sure we had a great experience. Like any fancy restaurant on Maui, the menu is pricey, but it was worth the splurge for such a beautiful setting.

    Beautiful! Gorgeous view of water. Even saw some late season whales. Appetizers (especially Poke bowl) and entrees all exceptional flavors and fresh. Herbs grown there and clearly fresh. Barry was awesome. Thank you!

    My wife and I went to Merriman's on a Sunday night for our anniversary dinner. The sunset view overt Molokai is incredible, the food outstanding, the wait staff friendly & attentive, the live music local Hawaiian (live ukulele player & singer), and the free valet parking convenient. There is also a great patio bar. Strongly recommended for a classy meal with delicious Hawaiian content, including local seafood.

    Very beautiful setting, especially for sunsets, crowded, hard to get a table reservation even a month ahead. Food and service were very good, noise level was high.
