行政主廚：Peter Merriman

OpenTable美食編輯：《洛杉磯時報》曾將Peter Merriman譽為「夏威夷群島的Alice Waters（美國名廚）」，盛讚這名主廚運用在地食材的廚藝精湛，多年來無人能出其右。於1988年在夏威夷大島上開業的第一家Merriman's，將夏威夷堅果脆煎鬼頭刀和香酥芋球等夏威夷經典菜色變化出新滋味，成為餐廳招牌。截至2018年，該餐廳集團已經在夏威夷的四座島嶼落地生根。最新開設的分店位置在檀香山，餐廳內採用色調鮮明大膽的綠白相間地板和叢林印花布料，格外引人注目。

All of Peter Merriman's restaurants share a common mission statement: Do the Right Thing! Service was excellent, we were happy to get an outdoor table since the live musician playing piano inside was quite loud and they graciously accommodated our request. The food was all delicious. Everything was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. Wonderful experience we would happily return.

We enjoy our visits to Merriman’s, but the noise levels have increased to levels where it’s uncomfortable to be seated indoors. The mix of piped-in music, the live piano music, and the expected conversations from diners and bar patrons was overwhelming. Otherwise, the dishes were quality and delicious presentations. Service was excellent.

Great service! I was disappointed in the Kalua hash (it was really overcooked, hard even) but everything else was very good. The coffee, French fries, atmosphere, and service would make us return. I thought they had live music on Sunday but there was none, we could have been too early.

Girls night out to celebrate birthdays. We were greeted with glasses of champagne. Our server was amazing as well as their table side poke. We all had the Ono special and the fish was fantastic!

Our server was very nice and attentive, it seems like the staff worked as a team. The food was delicious. It was loud inside but could still easily talk and hear each other. Would definitely return.
